Crab Island is not an actual island, it's just a sand bar underneath the water. So there are no buildings, docks or bathrooms on Crab Island. We suggest taking a public excursion boat to get out to Crab Island because it will be driven by a knowledgeable captain and the boat will be equipped with a bathroom.
