You always need to arrive early before the actual cruise time. On your confirmation voucher that we send you by text and by email. the arrival directions are location in the section titled "Arrival Instructions." This particular cruise says that you need to arrive 45 minutes before departure in check in and get your boarding pass. You must have a boarding pass in order to board the boat. Customers that are late will not be refunded.
