I fully recommend it especially for younger kids.  Mine are aged 5 , 7 and 12. It was their favorite day of our time in fiji. The guides were helpful and looked after us. And the food and drink was nice too.

The guide was excellent and very funny, and all staff on this trip were so lovely. They were very safety conscious and looked after everyone very well in the water. Jumping from the roof of the boat and going down the slide were awesome fun as well! 
The food was delicious and they kept the drinks coming. Overall my hubby, my 14 year old and myself had a brilliant time.

Just an awesome family day! You only need your togs, towels and sunscreen! Everything else is taken care of. 

Fun Family Day 

Booked this to take up time between ship debarkation and flight.  Worked out perfectly. Bought a day pass at a resort to store luggage that was one of their pickup points. Bus was on time and dropped us at marina to get wristbands.  Then we waited for ride and slide to be called.  Once on catamaran, the crew was amazing.  Sodas, water, beer and wine included.  Went to first stop to snorkle.  Many varieties of corral and fish. On the way to 2nd stop we were given a light gourmet meal and more beverages.  Upon arrival to island once anchored, you could snorkel, swim to beach , or ride in an inflatable boat.   
Bean bags, beach chairs, and hammock swings were abundant. You could also snorkel , kayak, swim or just relax. Crew was attentative to your every need.  They even bought drinks over from the anchored catamaran. We rode the kayak back and slid down the inflatable slide and jumped off your top deck several times.  So much fun. While they were packing up the slide, we were offered brownies and chips and more beverages. 
On the ride back to marina, we were entertained by a crew member with his guitar for a sing-a-long. 
We got back to marina in enough time to shop a little  before hopping back on the bus to return to the resort.  
Logistics were perfect . We had just did a 13 day cruise from Tahiti to Fiji with many stops in between.  I can say that of all the excursions I did (including 3 snorkels) this was my favorite activity.  Highly recommend South Sea Cats if you are looking for a 1/2 day activity.

Amazing experience and the crew were so lovely and boy can they sing! 

We unfortunately had a bit of rain but still really enjoyed our trip. The snorkeling was great and water so clear and warm.

This activity was perfect, from the supurb snorkeling to the friendly boat crew. I would absolutely book this activity again!

This is an excellent tour. I must have told the crew 5x how much fun I was having throughout the half day we were together. Api the cruise director along with the captain Aku and crew Jerry, Nics and Freddy explained the itinerary as well as safety requirements and then worked hard to make sure we were all having a good time. Cruise starts off with a boat ride out to the first snorkeling spot with wine, beer, soft drinks and chips to enjoy along the way. Crew got us anchored and handed out snorkeling equipment. Then we had 30 min to enjoy the reefs. Amazing colors for the coral and great variety of colorful fish and starfish (bright blue!). Then we cruised some more as the CD identified different islands and we enjoyed a lunch ( chicken wrap, pineapple, sausage roll and dessert.) Next stop we snorkeled again and also made our way onto island to relax in  beach chairs, or kayak or paddleboard. This gave crew opportunity to get the slide set up. Talk about reliving your childhood. What a blast going down the slide. We also could jump into water from top deck. I don't think there was anyone who didn't do it. This anchorage was probably 1.5 hrs. On the ride back to Denarau Port, we were offered brownies and more refreshments. Ride back was about 30 min. As we were close to the dock the crew pulled out a guitar and sang to us, harmonizing and sounding great!. Like I said at the beginning, this is a great way to spend an afternoon in Fiji.

The snorkeling was great we saw lots of fish and coral. All the guides were friendly one of them played some songs on his guitar. The island was nice which had lots of activities to do including kayaking, snorkelling and they even set up a slide on the boat. My kid loved the slide and jumping off the boat into the ocean when me and my partner did snorkelling. The trip was good they gave us lunch which was a nice plate of wraps and pineapple. They also gave us brownies and chips for a snack. They had plenty of drinks and beer. They supplied us with the snorkels and the flippers which were comfortable and safe. They gave kids life jackets so they are safe. I enjoyed it very much and it really is a 5 star experience to try.
