Private Full Island Tour

14 destinations bundled into it covers all the key spots in tongatapu. Slightly short of usd200 cost wise is it worth it depends. The primary reason being tongatapu (whatever you see on Google maps) is pretty big and it actually is a lot of driving. The local guide does share some stuff you wont normally know if you do self drive.

Note: no food provided bar a very chunky coconut (very good too). Bring ur own food

This was one of the best tours we have ever done. The tour guide was amazing, explained everything, introduced us to this beautiful island and gave is plenty of time to explore everywhere.

Beautiful Tonga

The full island tour has been very good. We saw everything in the programme and we were never rushed.
A lot of details and explanations by Loa wich has been a fantastic guide.

Super satisfied and fantastic guide Loa

We just came back from a cruise and were lucky enough to have Tonga as a port of call! I wanted a more personalized experience and that is definitely what we received from Raea’s! Great communication and flexibility prior to our arrival and even gave us a weather n reminder text the night before we arrived! When we did arrive our day was fantastic! Sila our guide was so kind and genuine in her love of sharing her country and culture with us! The natural beauty of this island nation is immense. The Anahulu Cave is slippery but if you want to swim the water is clear and warmer than I thought it would be when I went down to the edge. The park at the Trilithon is a beautiful spot for the S Pacific’s mini Stonehenge. My absolute favorite was the blowholes… I could have stood there all day watching! Oh and the flying foxes… so cool to see them flying.. and hanging in the trees!!Sila took us all over and we even shared a coconut:) Sadly though, the 3 Headed Palm is dying from the hand of a bitter human, However, our day was absolutely great!! If you ever get a day or so in Tonga-grab the chance and book this tour!Thank you for a wonderful day that we will never forget!

Amazing Day in Tonga

Loa was our guide for the main island of Tonga, and he was absolutely incredible.

He picked us up and took us everywhere, showing us so much of the island, its history, culture, and landmarks. His knowledge was extremely impressive, and he was personable, fluent in English, kind, and very easy to talk to.

You can genuinely tell Loa loves meeting people and connecting with travellers from all around the world. We honestly felt like we were spending the day with an uncle who wanted us to have the best possible experience.

Loa made our honeymoon in Tonga even more special. Do not go with anyone else. You only need to go with Loa. He shows you everything and gives you a truly memorable experience.

Loa made our honeymoon in Tonga even more special

Fantastic way to see all the highlights of Tongatapu. Loa was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tonga.

Fantastic way to see all...

Thank you John for the 5 star review and taking time to point out some things we need to improve on. The time we put up is only required by TripAdvisor, but even with that, not everyone will show up at the same time given the fact that there's atleast a 1000 ppl coming out of the ship. All in all I'm glad you guys enjoyed and I belive that tour you mentioned didn't go to the land bridge cause that's not on the cruise ship itinerary, and it'll take atleast an hour for that full bus to visit the land bridge and cover the rest of the island doing 50k per hour. I don't believe that happened. Take care of yourselves.

Great tour with alot to see. Luckily, we had amazing weather too. Hot but actually felt cool b/c of the wind. Bus is not air conditioned but again, felt good with the breeze. There were 12 in total all of us coming from a cruise. Port pickup was much appreciated. We did have to cut out Captain Cook's stop which most of us wanted to see but everyone didn't want to cut it too close getting back to the ship. Another tour offered thru the cruise actually hit all the sites we did plus captain cook b/c they started at 8:30. We started at 9:30 and this part is the one thing that could be organized better. The description had a 9:30 start time. Everyone came down much earlier. But we were waiting for 2 last couples. 1 said they were just sitting in their cabins and arrived 8:50. The last couple we waited until 9:25 but turns out, they were already on the bus. So there definitely could be some improvement around the times. Our tour guide said there was a note for cruise passengers to come down earlier. But what they should provide is a specific time vs something this vague. Anyhoo, Loa, our guide, was awesome. Excellent english, friendly, and fun. How often can you say that! OMG the watermelon he brought totally spoilt us. We thought the ship's was great but not anymore.

Great tour!

Loa è stato bravissimo, competente.Abbiamo visitato tutto quanto era possibile e siamo stati molto, molto soddisfatti del tour e della premura di Loa. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole scoprire tutto dell isola. Viaggio indimenticabile. Grazie Loa !

Oltre ogni aspettativa!

Thanks Dan and group for choosing us as your tour operator. I wouldn't miss this for the world. I love meeting new ppl and showing them my beautiful Island home.

Loa was very friendly and kind. He took time to answer everyone’s questions and provided lots of information. While the tour was scheduled for five hours, Loa took extra time to show us all the sights and we still got back to the cruise ship in time for the departure. We definitely recommend Loa for a tour of Tongatapu.

Loa was very friendly and...

Thank you for the kind words.

Malo Lahi.

Interesting and informative tour covering many of the island's attractions in one day. Excellent communication and on-time pick-up.

Excellent introduction to Tongatapu

Thank you Gareth, all of you guys just make me wanna do my best every time I'm doing a tour. This definitely keeps me motivated and eager so that everybody can enjoy the same experience.

Raea's Taxi & Guided Tour Services gave me a fantastic private guided tour of Tongatapu. Loa is a great guy, and was able to answer any and all questions I had about the country and its culture. I unreservedly recommend this tour to any solo traveller who wants to see everything the country has to offer, enhanced with an informative and always interesting commentary.

Loa, it was a pleasure travelling around your island with you. Thank you!

Five Stars! Top notch.

Thanks Noah. Take care yourself and hopefully you'll bring ppl my way so they can experience the culture and beauty of Tonga that you enjoyed.

Fantastic for anyone who is a solo traveler or just looking for a great way to see Tongatapu. I would recommend this to anyone visiting.
