Destin Harbor Private Sailing Excursion
Take a break from the beach for the day and explore the ocean on a sailing yacht. Each trip is private and tailored for your family or group. Choose to take a day sail – soak up the sun, catch fish, and snorkel or climb aboard for the premier trip of the day – the sunset cruise! We leave from the Destin Harbor and voyage to the Gulf of Mexico where the curious and playful dolphins await! Join the crew and learn to sail or relax on the deck with cool drinks, music, and our complimentary munchies. Our captain and crew are the best in the business and our flagship – the Emerald Lady is the finest on the Emerald Coast.
Tour Highlights → Sail Destin's emerald green waters → Licensed and experienced captain at the helm → morning, afternoon or sunset charters available → See dolphins and other marine wildlife → Complimentary refreshments and snacks available Booking Details:Please bring with you the provided confirmation number (located on the voucher e-mailed to you after online purchase) and a valid drivers license for verification. Please call to confirm departure details at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The Captain will determine the closest launch location to meet at. Charterer must arrive at least 30 min early to receive safety briefing.Departure Details The sailing yacht is available for booking all year round. Departure times vary depending on the type of trip that is booked. Customers may depart as early as 1pm and as late as 6pm. To check availability, please go to the "view pricing" button above. Duration: 2.5-3 hours depending on trip selection. Inclusions ● Safety Equipment ● Sound System ● Experienced Captain ● Refreshments (waters/sodas) ● Snacks ● Hands on Instruction (optional) Exclusions ● Coolers & Ice ● Water toys ● Gratuities (optional) Restrictions ● Must be at least 18 with a valid ID to book this activity and sign the charter agreement. Charter agreement will be presented upon arrival. ● Charter can accommodate up to 6 passengers ONLY. ● Deck or tennis shoes are recommended. No hard soled shoes permitted. ● Glass beverage bottles or containers not permitted. ● Smoking is prohibited both in the cabin and on deck. Additional Information ● Customers may bring CD's for listening music while on the charter. ● Prices will vary based on how many passengers are on the vessel. Listed prices are based on 1-2 passengers. Please visit our booking calendar by clicking the red button below for total pricing. ● Customers are Recommended to bring beach towels, coolers (food & beverage), sun screen, swim suit, and a cover up should we encounter a rain shower. ● Reschedules permitted if the captain determines weather conditions and/or forecast are not suitable for a safe charter. ● If the passengers are interested in learning how to sail, the Captain offers hands on instruction during the trip for no additional charge. ● There are several water side restaurants that can be accessed during the trip in case the customer would like to make a stop. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable, the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period. Ready to book? Here is what you do... We had a great day with Andy on the water. He was so attentive to our youngest daughter who wanted to captain the boat. We chased the dolphins, listened to some great music and ate and drink some food. Thanks Andy for making the girls first sailing experience a great time.

What an awesome experience! They were friendly and easy to talk to. We took our 3 year old and it was perfect! We got to see tons of dolphins, airplanes and lots of other boats. We will do it again!!!

Capt. Andy is an excellent sailor and his Morgan 40' boat "Emerald Lady" a dream to sail. Very relaxing time on the boat sailing the beautiful Destin coast and bay.

Thank you so much, even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time doing some good sailing with Captains Bonnie and Andy. They were both professional, and made the whole experience a fun day. When I go back, I will go with them again, and maybe this time, the clouds will move away.
I would recommend sailing with either of these captains at anytime.

Captain Andy was very nice and accomodating; including everyone in the experience. He allowed my husband and son (experienced sailors) to take the helm and they learned somne valuable sailing tips. The Emerald Lady could use some updating and remodeling but is getting a new inboard motor soon. Wish we could have been out longer and sailed in the gulf instead of just the bay but it was cold and the weather can't be controlled. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a fabulous afternoon sailing with Capt. Andy and second mate Capt. Jack - both great fun and very knowledgeable about the area and good sailors. After cruising down the harbor we were escorted into the gulf by dolphin and sailed along the coast. Refreshments and catching some fish and well as a brief sortie into the bay on our return. We will be back!!

We had a good time with Captain Andy on a 2.5 Hr Sunset cruise. You can't go out very far in that amount of time, but it really didn't matter to us. Our oldest son (7) enjoyed piloting the boat from time-to-time, and both our boys enjoyed seeing a fish reeled in. The boat was a little older than others, but still got the job done perfectly and did not take away from the experience. I would definately recommend a trip with Andy.

Boat was a little old and in somewhat of a disrepair. The cruise was down the beach which we would have liked to go out to sea. Captain Andy was very enjoyable and had a couple of songs to sing. Trip Shock was easy to work with, just think they need to research their clients a little better. Overall, for the money it was reasonable.
