Departure Details: The Creole Queen departs from #1 Poydras St., Riverwalk Market Place, New Orleans, LA. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before scheduled departure as that is when boarding begins. nice relaxing view. Good food wasnt pleased that no drinks came with the meal.

Reservations were easy. Getting tickets on the day was fast. Boring was efficient. We were greater nicely and immediately taken to our table. The bartender was pleasant. The red wine that I had was good. The white wine that my wife had was okay. The live music was very good. The cruising was smooth.

The food was fantastic, the ride smooth and the band played great music. The night lights on the water were beautiful.

Disappointing to enter dinning area and see most tables not laid, no table decoration/lights 
Felt a little underwhelming for the price paid although the food was tasty and hot. 
The person serving at the bar was very rude and unhelpful, no drinks menu available, very little choice of drinks available
The other staff were all amazing, cheerful and friendly, the band was fabulous

We were told twice that we couldnt have food on the cruise, even though we had written confirmation that all was good. Not very professional by the company...

The food was amazing and the paddleboat trip was very lovely. A nice relaxing trip down the river to end our visit to New Orleans.

Wonderful time

The food was delicious and the seating very elegant. Was surprised there was live music on the top deck and the bottom where dinner was. Had good conversations with other passengers and enjoyed a mini cruise on the Mississippi. Would recommend this as a nice alternative to hitting the French Quarters or Bourbon Street.

My husband and I had a very nice time on the cruise. The views were beautiful, the music was lively, the ride was smooth and the staff ran everything smoothly and on time. we ate on the cruise. The food was ok. Basic, nothing fabulous. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. My only tiniest issue was that it is very crowded. People found a seat and parked it in the same spot all night. But thats nothing against the cruise. It is an experience I would definitely recommend trying out.

I didnt like being rescheduled after reserving putting us outside in the rain and cold w children but all in all it was a good experience and we had a blast and tripshock made reservations so easy!

Are guide was entertaining knowledgeable took the time to show us the bayou, and even stopped many times to see the animals in there natural setting. Enjoyed the trip but next time will bring a blanket it was a little cold.

Swamp tour guide was awesome!!

Despite down pours of heavy rain, our guide was great. We did see one gator and some wild life. The small gator on the boat was a special treat for my 6 year old who loved the experience. Kudos to a well thought out tour with interesting history! Definitely recommend!
