Restrictions
- Check-in paperwork must be completed properly by your departure time, vendor has the right to refuse service if it is not. Vendor requires you to check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Please check your confirmation email after booking for the link to fill out waiver's prior to arrival. Parents will need to fill out waivers for their children.
- If you do not have an ID, cell/mobile device, and credit card for incidentals, your reservation will most likely be canceled. A $500 per boat credit card or cash deposit is required on the day of the rental. Deposit will be refunded once the equipment is returned without damage.
- Those who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 can operate the boat but are required to take a Florida Boaters Test. If you were born before Jan 1, 1988 you do not need this license. The test is available on-site for $3 or you can take the test online from our website and a link will be provided in your confirmation email.
- The person who books the pontoon boat must be at LEAST 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license & valid credit card for incidentals.
- Late fees may be assessed for the late return of the equipment. Please arrive back on time. There is potentially another appointment after yours.
- Pontoons have a maximum capacity of 12 passengers or a maximum combined weight of 1631 lbs, regardless of age or size.
- You will be responsible for captaining your own boat and must have the experience and/or skill to do so.
- Driver must be proficient in English for instructions and communicating with local law enforcement.
- Any child under the age of 6 is required by law to wear a life vest while the pontoon is underway.
- Towables like floats and jet skis are prohibited.
- Pontoon boats cannot go into the Gulf of Mexico.
- Boats cannot be used as a shuttle or ferry.
- Glass is strictly prohibited on the boat.
- Silly string is prohibited.
- BBQ Grills are prohibited.
- Generators are prohibited.
Additional information
- If weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at vendor discretion. Trip will be prorated if cut short due to weather.
- There is a dry storage bin/water tight compartment on the boat for your belongings.
- Available departure times are varied, check times for your preferred date and time.
- Reservations must be made at least 1 day prior to the rental date.
- Pontoon is equipped with Yamaha 90 HP engines on all boats.
- Boat features an anchor and an easy access swim ladder.
- Restrooms are available at the departure location.
- Boat features retractable shade top for comfort.
- There is free parking available on-site.
- Pets are permitted on vessels.
Reservation Requirements
