Parking: Parking is available on-site for a fee. Please turn off of Hwy 98 to 314 Harbor blvd. You will see a sign that says &quot;Heron Harbor&quot; for the parking lot. There is parking at the top and also down below by the docks.
Departure Details: This tour departs from Heron Harbor located at 314 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Once you park, head to the docks, where the provider's booth is located right by the boats. There will be a sign that says, &quot;Destin Pontoon Charters&quot;, you will check in there. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check-in. The boat departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Destin Pontoon Charters, at 256-291-0377.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is always appreciated and encouraged to tip.

We took a trip with Captain Wendy and her deck hand. They did everything to make it as fun as possible. I loved the water toys, she had Bote boards, couches and snorkeling gear. She pointed out birds that dropped shells and the kids found them! Great day and the music was fantastic!!!!

Our hosts were lively and comical. It wasn't very busy so plenty of room to paddle board without running into other groups in the water.

We signed up with an hour notice since we were in the area with nothing planned. Signing up and payment was easy and then arriving to the location was manageable for us tourist. Donna and Gene were great, the boat ride and time at Crab Island was unforgettable. Loved it!

We had so much fun at Crab Island, thank you for letting us have a pontoon, to get us there and back. Thank you got allowing us an extra 1/2 hour.  The only drawback was that I didn't reqlize at time of booking that it was 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back.

We had a fantastic experience with Captain Chandler! The boat was the perfect size for our group of four adults. We got to see dolphins playing in the boat’s wake, multiple rays gliding through the water, and even a small shark. Crab Island was fun but what we enjoyed most was cruising the waters and enjoying the beautiful natural scenery. We all agreed this adventure was the highlight of our vacation.

Exactly what you expect on a great day out on the gulf

Only 2 of our 6 total guests made it for this adventure due to uncontrollable circumstances. Nonetheless, we had a great time! As it was my first time ever being on or near the gulf coast and seeing the white sands and clear blue water. My sister being the other guest that made it. It was nice to share the experience. 
Our captain was friendly and knowledgeable, despite the suprise of just 2 guests attending, he had some funny jokes and kept us entertained the whole time. 
Our only downside is that our guests didn't come along, otherwise I will totally recommend this charter/website to others heading to the area.

From beginning to end, it was PERFECT! Booking with Captain Ron was a breeze. He is extremely thorough and the process was explained very well. Captain Ron did a great job choosing our Captain. Captain Jason had a sense of humor that kept us laughing all day. He was a perfect fit for our group of 5 ladies! Captain Jason took us to see dolphins, sharks and turtles. Great music and our staff was fantastic. They made sure we knew all the safety rules and were very personable. They pulled out the water toys, helped us call over the food vendors to our area.  They provided helpful tips and made sure we had fun as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. It was a lot of fun and we would recommend this tour for crab island.  Great job Haydee and team!!
