Awesome tour! Staff was fantastic! They even took pictures for us! Would definitely book again!

The boat ride was fine, Tripshock personnel were great but Happy’s boat team did very little to make the trip fun or help much. The deck mate did her job and little else except take Photos. She had a friend with her and sat in primo seats in the sunshine up front that the guests could not use., never got in the water to check on everyone. They need to remember there are others on board when multigenerational. The water was extremely cold and although many got in they never asked if we were okay or offered to move the boat to make us more comfortable.

We had a nice time on the tour. The staff and crew were nice. It was disappointing to receive notification of the canceled 9am tour when we showed up after paying. They were nice and gave us parking, but a telephone call before we arrived would have been nice. We had to find things to fill up a four hour space of time. Additionally, hearing a more inclusive music selection would have made it much more enjoyable. Music can create a happy place, but it everyone needs to hear something that's relatable. Maybe take some requests.

I have been to Crab Island with my bf, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to bring my family. Needless to say they very much enjoyed it and didn't want to leave, I'm sure we will be back again. Our captain Josh and deck hand Miranda were awesome.

Those two were amazing. Showed great hospitality. Went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Courteous and respectful to everyone onboard. I will definitely book with them next time I'm in Destin.

We had a great trip.

My bestie and I googled things to do in Destin and this came up, we are so glad that we did it. The Happy crew was very helpful and friendly, our boat mates were extremely awesome to tour with. This is definitely a must do tour.

This was definitely not what we expected. I would not recommend this experience for families with children under 5. First, the pricing felt unreasonable. As for the experience itself: general admission was $60 per adult and $40 per child, which is a steep price to pay to be parked in the blazing sun with young children. This outing may be enjoyable for adults who are looking to drink, float, and relax, but it’s absolutely not suitable for small kids. The biggest issue was the jellyfish. Kids were getting stung constantly, and I was stung multiple times myself. While the smaller ones were tolerable, the bigger jellyfish stings were incredibly painful—even for me as an adult—so you can imagine how much worse it was for the little ones. A crew member even admitted they hadn’t seen it that bad before. Less than 15 minutes after getting off the boat, we were back on it, desperate to leave. Nearly $400 gone for an experience we couldn’t enjoy. The only positive was the crew. They were genuinely kind and tried their best to help, offering spray for the stings and even arranging for another boat to come get us so we wouldn’t have to sit for hours with upset kids. Since other passengers were still enjoying their trip, they couldn’t cut the excursion short, which we completely understood—but we really appreciated their efforts.
