Departure Details: Experience departs from the hotels in downtown New Orleans. Morning pickup times begin at 9:30AM and afternoon sessions begin to pick up at 1:30PM. All tour participants must be ready to board the bus 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The shuttle bus will pick you up in front of your point of pickup in a white shuttle bus with Alert Transportation on the side with a Louisiana Tour Company sign in the window. The tour guide will have your name on a manifest that he will confirm with you. For any issues, please contact your provider, Louisiana Tour Company, at 504-689-3599. 
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip the tour guide/driver.

New Orleans tour

I only had two days in New Orleans and wanted to explore the city as much as possible. I had a particular interest in learning about the impact of Hurricane Katrina. I spent the majority of my time seeing the French Quarter and some of the Garden District before taking this tour, which I truly enjoyed. Unexpectedly, this tour became the highlight of my trip. I so appreciated our guide’s knowledge of the city, the way he led the tour with truth and a sense of humor, and how he explained the devastation to this day due to Katrina as we traveled to different neighborhoods. It was a humbling experience that I feel I learned a lot from. 10/10 recommend

My favorite tour during my stay in New Orleans

3 hour bus trip

Driver was friendly and informative (although I thought that a couple of the hurricane statistics weren't accurate.)  Bus was comfortable and easy to see out.  Driver was very willing to answer questions.  Got to see parts of the city that are not part of the typical tourist destinations.

City Katrina Tour

All around useful tour, great introduction to New Orleans.  I am glad I paid an extra $12 to get a three hour tour instead of a brief two hour tour

Cemetery tour

There are so many tours going on an once that it really takes away from the creep factor. Kendall had good stories, but he added way too many unimportant details and lost my attention. However, I got A LOT of pics with orbs, and even some with figures!

Too crowded, but a fun experience

Our tour guide was Fernando. He was energetic and knowledgeable. We had a group of 7 of us from Orlando and he took time to get to know us a bit. He does speak very fast which was a bit difficult at times. But that would not stop me from having him again as my tour guide if I were to go again. I highly recommend the night time cemetery tour and will tell my friends to take it when they are in New Orleans.

The tour guy was professional, nice and friendly!!  He was great at narrating the tour and appeared to be very knowledgeable.  The bus was comfortable in seating, but it was a little warm ,, not enough air circulation.  
Overall, our experience was great, and exciting to know about the city of New Orleans. 

Nola City tour

As a native New Orleanean bringing friends to NOLA, this tour was perfect. Our guide, Gary, gave us the perfect balance of history, food tips, and trip advice. He was fun to hang out with and learn some things I never knew while informing some tourists about the important things you've got to know about New Orleans. This was some of the best money we spent all weekend. I'm putting this on my list of things to do when I bring friends to New Orleans.

Good experience! Lots of history! Driver was quite knowledgeable! Your website needs to be updated whenever changes are made. We spent time looking for a yellow umbrella to get out tickets ( as noted on the website) it’s now changed to “ red”

We had a great time! Lofton was an awesome driver with lots of interesting information. My only complaint is the price - I didn’t feel like there was something exceptional to make an hour carriage ride worth $300.

We had an excellent time. We even came back to some of the areas to eat. The food was great! Our tour guide was very fun. He gave us plenty of breaks and answered all the questions we had.

I booked this tour a week and a half in advance. The website advertised an 8:30 till 10:30 tour with hotel pick up if you're staying in the French Quarter. Great! I got a call the day before saying there was no pick up and the tour time was 9:30 till 11:30. I had to call and change dinner reservations and check to see if my hotel had in and out privileges for valet but I decided to stick with it. I'm glad we did. Matthew was AMAZING!! He is super knowledgeable and cracks jokes. He has even more fun facts to share if there are no kids present. The sights were pretty dark so a flashlight would be great but you won't be disappointed. There were a few people in our group that pre-purchased drinks on the website for our stop at Bulldogs. There seemed to have been some complications with the manager but they were able to get their drinks. Apparently it was a first time. Overall super fun and super educational. I would recommend this tour.

My husband and I visited NOLA for the weekend for our anniversary. I found this tour on a web search when I was looking for activities. Tyler was very informative, energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was an awesome experience I would definitely do as a first time visitor or a repeater.

You booked me on the wrong day and we waited at the DoubleTree for an hour and a half until they finally identified what the problem was then we had to come back and wait for the afternoon which was like pick up also so that was all a fiasco they told me they would refund my money and then they said that I would have to contact y'all so I'm it was pretty upsetting I had people with me from California to so there were several of us waiting anyway so made for a poor experience to start then because of the parades the roads were blocked and we didn't get to see a lot of the stuff

So enjoyable time with you guys. My tour was delay 2 hours but you guys gave me an extra tour to the bayou and it always amazing.

we booked the city tour followed by the small air boat swamp tour. The tour guide (Dave) and swamp boat captain (Douey)were excellent and made the experience. They were entertaining and knowledgeable great hosts.
