How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from your mobile device for rental. Please have a valid ID with you to confirm your order if needed.
Liability Waiver: Please fill out your waivers prior to arrival or delivery <a href="https://www.smartwaiver.com/v/ldvbicycle/">HERE</a>.
Departure Details: Arrival and departure dates and address info are needed for delivery purposes or bikes can be picked up from our Adigio or High Pointe locations in South Walton. Please have the provided confirmation number (located on the ticket e-mailed to you after online purchase) and a valid drivers license available for verification. Reservations booked less than 24 hours prior to arrival are not guaranteed until confirmed by the vendor.
Bike rentals are available year-round. Customers may book single or multi-day rentals. Delivery times will be confirmed prior to arrival. It is best to book the bike rentals at least 2 days in advance due to limited availability in season. Any issues, please contact provider, La Dolce Vita, at 866-651-1869.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip your tour guide.

Excellent

We found our bikes with baskets when and where we were promised.  I did, however, pick up a little black grease on my shorts from the area below the seat.

I was very impressed with how fast I was able to get the bike delivered and also the price was pretty reasonable. I have thoroughly enjoyed my bike on vacation!

Super-easy and a great choice.  We ordered our bikes on the day of our trip and they were delivered to our rental house before we arrived that evening.  The next day we realized that we should have also gotten a bike wagon—we called to add that, and it was delivered shortly after.  We really couldn’t ask for a better experience.  Also the most affordable of the options that we checked into!

Bike rental in Prominence 30A

I ordered the bikes on Saturday @ 1pm. I called the next day @ 6pm to see when the bikes would be delivered. I was told they were delivered that morning and I was called (not) and they left a message (not) and was sent an email with the bike lock code (not) 
One miss of these areas is one thing, but 3 instances of my “contact” were lies I provided my phone number and email address. I would like a refund on the day we didn’t have the bikes or bike lock code. They also put our bikes on the other side of the building.

Lack of communication

Bikes were left in a rack across the bungalow complex even though we had our own bike rack just outside our front door.  Took us two days without our bikes to finally locate them.

Very fun

It was $85 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Booking process was easy. It’s cheaper to go through TripShock than it is to book directly with Olin Marler which rubs me the wrong way. Not easy to find the location and was informed parking was $10 but then I got a message a couple hours before the cruise that parking is actually $20. Also rubs me the wrong way. However, the actual dolphin cruise was amazing. Was traveling with a toddler and infant so we didn’t do a whole lot of moving around the boat BUT we still saw dolphins and the captain made it to where all areas of the boat would see dolphins without having to move around. Overall, it was a good experience besides the booking/ location/ price issues.

We had an awesome experience. The crew was pleasant and the boat was nice. It’s covered with a restroom so we were happy. Crab Island was fun. But remember to bring your own snacks and adult beverages. They have vendors but they are very pricey. 1 hotdog is $10 so we were pretty hungry when we got off the boat.

The guide was amazing, he was the perfect amount involved and great personality!  I was not too sure what we were going to get from the experience but it blew my expectations out of the water!!!

We took a group of 4 out after rescheduling due to weather.  The tour company is extremely accommodating and want to ensure you have a great experience.  Max was our main "tour guide" and ensured that everyone's needs were met.  They paddle you out to the area so all you need to do is enjoy.  I would do it again!!!

This is our first time using this service and I have to say, I was pretty impress. The whole staff members are friendly and the pontoon we rented was clean and in good working condition.

Friendly Staff

We had a great time last Sunday ! The staffs were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had little mishap ( the boat stopped and we can’t turn it back on) , we call them and they gave instructions on how to fixed it and when we couldn’t  they said help is on the way .   That’s how helpful and responsive they are .  We will definitely come back !

Poontoon

We have been coming to Destin for 11 years and this was the first year we decided to rent a pontoon and spend the day at Crap Island. The kids loved every minute of it. And to top it off as soon as we pulled back up to the dock a huge sea turtle came up right beside the boat.
