Thanks for delivery. Made it so much easier. Would have loved baskets on bike, but they were good for what we used them for

Bikes were left in a rack across the bungalow complex even though we had our own bike rack just outside our front door. Took us two days without our bikes to finally locate them.

Super-easy and a great choice. We ordered our bikes on the day of our trip and they were delivered to our rental house before we arrived that evening. The next day we realized that we should have also gotten a bike wagon—we called to add that, and it was delivered shortly after. We really couldn’t ask for a better experience. Also the most affordable of the options that we checked into!

I ordered the bikes on Saturday @ 1pm. I called the next day @ 6pm to see when the bikes would be delivered. I was told they were delivered that morning and I was called (not) and they left a message (not) and was sent an email with the bike lock code (not) One miss of these areas is one thing, but 3 instances of my “contact” were lies I provided my phone number and email address. I would like a refund on the day we didn’t have the bikes or bike lock code. They also put our bikes on the other side of the building.

Their bikes look new and ride well, make sure you get a pull behind that a child fits in for we got two one for 4 yr old the other to load stuff to beach in

I was very impressed with how fast I was able to get the bike delivered and also the price was pretty reasonable. I have thoroughly enjoyed my bike on vacation!
