Gratuities: Although not required, it is always appreciated and encouraged to tip. It is customary to tip the captain 15 to 20% gratuity.

Crab island tour

My family of 6 had an awesome time! Our captain Elliott was awesome. He took time to answer all of our questions went out his way to show us around for a while. Made us feel so comfortable. He went out his way to throw some passes with my oldest son while we took a break and ate. He was ver attentive to us. Didn't mind the drive to this location because the drive from the place to crab island and back was very enjoyable!!!

Our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, had the best time on our private captained boat rental. Captain Kirk (Elliott) assured we had a great time and was so helpful with everything we needed while at Crab Island. Next time we are going to do the 8 hour tour instead of the 4 hour tour.

The weather wasn’t great but Capt Chip did the best he could and got us back to the docks safe. Good time while we were out and they were nice about refunding a substantial amount of money for only being out 1/2 time of the charter.

We booked with Bella Blu Charters for our little family cruise to crab Island. It was so much fun! The captain Bob was amazing!!! He took us where we wanted to go, he swam and played with my kids, he stopped to show us the different marine life and when we did venture out to the Gulf and my 5 yr old was getting scared he turned around for him. One of the most down to earth person I've met. Let me not forget to mention the price was great for a private boat for 5 people. Highly recommend!!!!

The captain was amazing and super friendly. He gave us a full tour of the waterways, and even allowed us to go swimming off the shores. The kids love seeing the dolphins and snorkeling for seashells. We’d love to book him again next year for our family trip.

Capt. Bob made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped on dock. He was very knowledgeable about the bay and the surrounding areas. He took us straight to some dolphins and we were also able to see a bunch of rays in the water which was super cool! We will Def,  100% ride with Capt Bob next time we are in Destin!!

Captain Derek was so accommodating and great fun on our trip! He had great stories to share about our surroundings. We had such a pleasant ride and enjoyed a beautiful sunset and dolphin sighting in the bay! We were also able to take our small pup on this boat charter which not many other charters allowed. We had a wonderful trip around the harbor. We got to see a couple of dolphins and got some great family photos in front of the lights at Harbor Walk. 
Jennie and Michael did a great job getting us in and out of the boat with our Parents which needed some extra assistance.

Great experience!!

Morning dolphin sightseeing was great. Captain was friendly, and the boat was clean. We were able to spot dolphins a  4 times. Perfect way to see the Emerald Coast in a small group setting.  Local captain with  a friendly personality  who shared knowledge about the area & answered our questions.  Experience worth the $. Dolphins are a bonus.

Perfect Morning

Adrift Adventures was extremely easy to book & work with, going to the Destin area for the 1st time from Wisconsin. After booking our dolphin cruise thru TripShock I heard from Cory within 24hrs confirming my trip & giving detailed instructions on where & how to board his boat. Cory also communicated weather updates & possible reschedule dates if weather didn’t work out, starting a few days before our cruise. We booked a 2hr private dolphin cruise for our family of 4 which was perfect. It was foggy but we still saw 2 different pods of dolphins including a baby dolphin & a lot of sea birds. Cory respected the dolphins & birds space & everyone’s safety. 
10/10 recommend Cory & Adrift Adventures! We hope to be back for a family snorkel trip. Happy boating!
