• Must be at least 18 to reserve this charter.
• Glass bottles or items are prohibited on the boat.
• Absolutely no GPS devices will be allowed on the boat.
• This activity is not recommended for children under 3 and pregnant women.
• Not handicap accessible.
• Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
• The boat is Coast Guard approved for 6 passengers.

• Customer will be fishing in a 22’ Robalo center console with a single 200 HP Yamaha.
• Fish are not guaranteed, but the captain has a 99% success rate in catching multiple target species.
• The captain will fillet and bag any fish that is in season and meets federal regulations that the customer catches on the trip.
• Restrooms are available onboard.
• If it rains, charters will still go out fishing. However, if there is excessive fog, wind, or lightning, the trip will not go. Trips are always decided based on the captain's discretion. The trip will either reschedule or be refunded to the customer.
• Free parking is available on-site.
• Service dogs allowed with proper paperwork.
• Gratuities not included.

Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If the weather is unfavorable, the experience may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued by the vendor. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
