I took my two boys out on the Swoop II this afternoon. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Very rough waves on the way without much instruction from the crew of where to sit. We sat in the bow and got soaked which we liked for a little while because of the heat. After over an hour of it with two large waves spraying the bow and pushing us around the deck, we scramble to the back! The deck hands where friendly and helpful but the fishing was not great at all. We just had the bad combo of rough waves and no fish. We won't be back to the Swoop II.

This was absolutely perfect. I had the greatest time and would definitely do it again.

Awesome trip. 4 of our group of 6 were first timers. The staff was awesome. They made my 9 year old nephew feel like one of the guys. Caught tons of fish and everyone left smiling like kids. Thanks for the great experience, we would definitely do this again!!

Definitely worth it! The crew were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had 12 fish in the basket on our very first stop. I highly recommend booking a trip on the Swoop II next time you’re in the Destin/Ft. Walton area.

The crew was very helpful with teaching how to use the reels and placing bait. They were great on giving directions for finding fish. You can bring your own snacks and drinks. I recommend sitting near the back if having sea sickness and wanting to avoid the spray. The top allows for great views but you may get wet. Overall, this was a great experience. We all caught fish.

They did ok but need to update their equipment the crew was awesome …

Had maybe 45 minutes of total fishing time in a 5 hour charter.. Moved spots 3 times. 5 people in my group. We all caught 1 or 2 bait fish each. Only one in the group caught a barely legal snapper. Worst charter I have ever been on. But hey the deck hand caught a cool shark that ate the only legal fish I would have had. Equipment was good and heavy duty.. Boat ride out and back in was nice. Saw dolphins and flying fish. The cabin is not air conditioned and there is no where to put coolers. Must bring everything food and water. No on board galley. Bait used is cut squid.

We had so much fun on this trip! The crew was friendly and helpful, Ozzie was the absolute best!! We would definitely recommend and we will for sure go again next time we visit the area.

I have gone on a lot of fishing trips. This is the first one with Swoop 2. All of the staff was nice and friendly. UNFORTUNATELY, one of the issues was one of the deck hands was fishing himself with a boy and was more worried about his own line and the young mans and catching his own fish then he was with helping the paying customers out. Lines kept getting tangled with his wasting time. When you pay money and spend time for an excursions and expect tips I would recommend working for them instead of assuming you will just receive them for doing bare minimum. I would of been more frustrated if I would of been a newcomer and not been experienced with this type of fishing before. It made the experience not pleasurable at all and I will not be returning and will also be telling others not to return. The price for this boat is also $40 more than others party fishing I have also seen from other beach areas.

We had a party of 9 and they were very accommodating for having rods set aside in a row for us and our 5 kids. The crew was very helpful and we pretty much caught a fish Everytime we dropped the line in.
