All went well until they told me that they lost the SD card for the photo-package add-on. No big deal, will you give me a refund for the photo package?  Sure, no problem. An hour later, after we finished the activity they call and said, ‘oh, you only paid for a seat on the boat, not the parasail activity, we’re going to have to charge the difference.’  So not only no refund for the failed photo package, they charged me extra. Great scam!

Not sure we understand the problem-You booked as an observer not a parasail flyer...if you chose to fly so you have to pay the difference.  You agreed to this over the phone. A refund was issued for photos.

It was an amazing time parasailing. The boat captain and helpers were all great and friendly. Everything went smoothly and me and my wife got to get wet as they dunked us in the ocean.

Great parasailing experience

I have never been parasailing before and this did not disappoint! My 16 year old daughter and her boyfriend joined me and they both had a blast! We felt safe and felt that they went above and beyond to get us to see some dolphins swimming around and made sure we had the best time! We will definitely be using Destin Parasailing Adventure again when we go back to Destin! Thanks again for showing myself and the teens a fantastic time! TEN stars all the way =)

Best experience for adults and kids

Sky High was absolutely incredible! We had two experienced para sailers and 3 first timers, and the two crew members could not have been more fun, assuring, educational, safe, and not bad to look at, ha.  My teenagers might be a little infatuated :)  Anyway, I could not believe how amazing the Captain was at the incredibly gentle takeoff and landing. It was so much fun, and we’ll definitely book with them again.
