Reviews of Adventure Tour With Inflatable Waterpark Aboard The Privateer Catamaran

We took the Shell Island excursion and loved every minute of it! We paddle boarded, kayaked, played on the inflatable water obstacle course, snorkeled and the catamaran took us to the hot spot for the dolphins on the way back to shore! We would do this again in a heart beat! Highly recommend it!

Trip was well organized and a lot of fun! Have 4 kids(19,17,15,13). All had a great time!

Such a great experience! 10/10 recommend. The boat crew (Ryan, Jacob, and Ashley) and island crew were awesome. We got to sail in the boat a good speed, paddle board, snorkel, have some good drinks, and see dolphins! For those that don’t have kids- don’t let the inflatable obstacle course fool you. It looks like it’s a kids thing but it’s actually fun for adults too haha, but you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to. During the time you have on island to use the obstacle course you can also choose to do snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, lounge on the beach, stay on ship, etc. Great family friendly option for all ages! :)

We booked the morning trip and had the best time. The snacks and drinks one the boat were perfect for the length of the trip. Plenty of time to play on shell island. The crew was great.

The staff was excellent They deserve 5 stars and the boat was beautiful, however the photos that are shown do not Show what you are actually getting.The water is pretty murkyAnd more Brown and you cannot see fish very well when snorkeling.they do provide paddle boats and kayaks and they do have inflatable adventures but not the same ones in the photos...And they are very hard to get on and off of. many many people could not even make it on to the ride..

This is our second year enjoying a day with the crew of The Privateer. The kids love playing on the inflatables and paddle boarding while we relaxed on the shore of Shell Island. Again the dolphins didn’t disappoint making their appearance on the way back to the dock. Don’t miss this fun way to spend the day!

It was so much fun we wished it could have lasted longer

I think the price was a little steep for the amount of things we were able to do. The inflatables do not stay inflated and are very hard for ANYONE to use when they keep dropping. The snorkel gear was useless, there was no where to snorkel because the red tide, which we knew nothing about until we got out to the water. The kayaks were the best part of it all.

Everything was amazing. I couldn’t believe it had been 3 hrs already. I had a 10 yr old and a 15 yr old and they were laughing the entire time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I will definitely check out another excursion the next time we come to the beach.

Was really hoping to swim with the dolphins and see much more than we saw. The pictures indicated water would be blue and clear but it was brown and not clear. We had a good time but kids were really looking forward to see more marine life than we did. It was disappointing and I felt misleading. Would not have paid that much had I known that’s what it was.

The crew aboard the Privateer were friendly and knowledgeable. Someone bumped into me and I spilled my free drink and one of the crew members immediately brought me another full drink. The trip didn’t advertise cornhole, but they had it set up on shore and two of our family members had a great time playing. We enjoyed the paddle boards and jumping on the water trampoline. After the water activities, they took us to a spot where we saw several dolphins. Great experience. I would definitely do it again!

Awesome time, great crew❣️ Sailed the waters, swam at the beach they also supplied all equipment including kayaks,inflatables, snorkel gear, paddle boards and a free beverage. Went looking for dolphins and just had a blast❣️

Absolutely incredible adventure! 5 teenage girls and 2 mid-forty adults in our party and we were all extremely pleased from beginning to end!! This will be a must do on our yearly vacations to Panama City Beach ♥️

We had fun, not sure I would do it again ! I feel like it would be a lot better to rent a pontoon and head to shell island for the day or how ever long you want!

Our son was very mildly sick the day before so we wanted to act responsibly and not do the trip just in case he had Covid and spread it to anyone else. Asked them to make an exception to their 48 hour refund policy due to the circumstances and they refused. Would never recommend them to anyone.

We had the best time! Everyone was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of the whole time! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Paradise adventures is a great boat to get on. Very friendly staff on boat. Has bathrooms and full bar on board. You go on 3 hr trip to sea island. Has a lot of things for you to do at sea island. And then on way back they go and look for dolphins. I would highly recommend.

The water was extremely murky and the experience with snorkeling did not work out very well. The Inflatables were fun. The crew was great! There wasn't much excitement to Shell Island itself.

The catamaran and crew were great. We had a lot of fun on the inflatables, and liked having the other activity choices, too. Disappointed in the snorkeling.

It was so fun and relaxing. The bartenders and captain on the boat were very nice and helpful. The helpers on the island (Glen and Connor) were also very nice and super helpful when I asked them about some cool places to go for dinner.
