Each Snorkel Reef site is home to a wide range of interesting marine life and there are lots of different ways to enjoy your tour. You can dive down and find small, colorful reef fish on the structures or swim between the towers and get surrounded by large schools of small baitfish. It’s not uncommon to see bottlenose dolphins, sea turtles, and eagle rays in the vicinity of the reefs. Venture out deeper and you’ll notice subtle differences in the fish and other creatures you’re seeing. Swim out over the sand to get a wider view of the bait swarms. There’s no limit to what you might discover during your tour! Just put on your swimsuit, grab your beach towel, and get going!

  • Jellyfish are sometimes present and some species of jellyfish can cause a painful sting. Barnacles are present on the reef towers and if accidentally kicked, their sharp edges can cause cuts. We encourage all of our guests to exercise caution while snorkeling. Vendor carries a neutralizing solution on board to treat jellyfish stings and a first aid kit to quickly treat minor injuries, should either occur.
  • As dedicated stewards of earth's marine environment, vendor adheres to the maxim “Take Nothing But Pictures, Leave Nothing But Bubbles.” Guests not allowed to take or harvest any living organisms from the Snorkel Reefs. Interfering with any marine life is strongly discouraged and if necessary, your tour guide(s) will intervene.
  • No experience necessary, however, to get the most enjoyment from your tour, you should be a reasonably good swimmer who is comfortable in open water and who is free from any breathing issues.
  • Rafts/Inflatable Paddleboards have weight limits of around 1,000 lbs each.
  • All participants must be 8 years of age or older. No exceptions.
  • Due to the nature of the tour, it is not handicap accessible.
  • Tour is weather dependent and at vendor's discretion.
  • No-shows, poor underwater visibility, seasickness, jellyfish stings or other injuries caused by marine life, and late arrivals will not be refunded.
Additional information
  • In response to Covid/social distancing measures, vendor now offers tandem kayaks as an alternative for folks that would prefer not to ride on the raft if it's a larger group. Each reef site serviced is between 250-300 yards from shore - it's a relatively easy and short paddle.
  • Your guide can help you adjust gear, add more de-fog, and help with anything else you may need. Once you’re nice and comfortable in the water, you’re free to snorkel and swim wherever you’d like! Your guide is there for you and will move at your pace. They’ll lead you wherever you’d like to go on the reef, teaching you about different aspects of reef ecology and marine life along the way. -ALL participant's weight category (Child 50-90lbs, Youth/Teen 90-140lbs, Adult 140+) and shoe size must be entered into the RESERVATION COMMENTS when booking.
  • If the weather or waves are unfavorable and the vendor calls off the tour, the tour may be rescheduled for a later time or date. If the tour cannot be rescheduled, the customer will be issued a refund in full.

I took my 8 year old son for his first snorkeling experience, it was beginner- friendly and he is definitely a water sport fan as a result! We had awesome, helpful and knowledgeable guides that put us at ease from the beginning. I would definitely go back again, and recommend for anyone looking for a water adventure!
