Restrictions
- Persons who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 can operate the jetski, but are required to take a Florida Boaters Test. If you were born before Jan 1, 1988, you do not need this license. The test is available online or may be taken on-site for $3 (please arrive AT LEAST 45 minutes prior to your appointment if a license is needed).
- Persons ages 16-17 may drive alone if they have a government issued photo ID, pass the boater test/have a boating license, and have a parent or legal guardian with them at check in to sign the liability waiver.
- Persons ages 14-17 may only drive the jet ski if they have a passenger who is 18 or older, in which case the driver does not have to take the test and the passenger takes responsibility for the driver.
- In an effort to provide the most accurate information regarding all COVID-19 measures, policies, restrictions, and requirements, please reach out to the provider prior to your activity/trip date.
- Maximum capacity of 2 people, driver and rider, permitted at a time with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs combined.
- All guests must sign a waiver before being able to ride on jetski.
- No service animals, comfort animals, or pets permitted.
- Pregnant women are not permitted.
- Not handicap accessible.
