Departure Details: Activity departs from John's Pass located at 177 Boardwalk Place E, Madeira Beach, FL 33708. This vendor has multiple boats at multiple locations, by booking you acknowledge that you are booking the CALYPSO BREEZE which is LOCATED AT 177 BOARDWALK PLACE E, MADEIRA BEACH, FL 33708. No refunds will be issued to customers who do not check in on time at the correct boat. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure to check-in and to begin boarding. The Calypso Breeze ticket kiosk is located by the entrance of the parking garage. Customers who purchase the cruise only ticket are not permitted to have a reserved table on the interior decks. The interior tables are reserved ahead of time for the people who will be eating the buffet. Boat departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Starlight Cruises, at 727-462-2628. 
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.

We were very pleased with the Calypso cruise. We had the buffet which was served on the main deck so out of the breeze during dinner but enjoyed the outside breeze & cruise after dinner. We all felt this excursion was worth the price!

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the dinner and standing on the bow watching the dolphins and the view.

Upon arrival, we were instructed to wait “under the stairs”. When the call came for us to board, everyone departed and headed to a different boat.   When the lady started to take our tickets informed us that our boat was one boat over. When we went to the correct boat, they were already about to leave and had to lower the plank in order for us to get on.   We were given to wrong information and  almost missed our cruise. 
Most passengers had already eaten when we arrived.  The dining room was extremely hot!  We asked the waitress, whom we had to flag down for our drink order, if it was always this hot. She indicated it would cool off once we got started. It NEVER did. Everyone was fanning themselves all around.  Sitting still, you were sweating!!  It was almost nauseating eating in a moving boat with it being so hot.  AND, the server never came to us on her own. Every time we needed anything, we had to leave our seats and physically find her, from getting our drinks, refills, and asking about desserts! .  It wasn’t a pleasant experience. 
Funny, not funny thing. Last year we booked a dinner cruise on this same boat. When we arrived then, we were told the engine was messed up and the part didn’t arrive in time for this cruise. Therefore, there was no cruise!  Dinner was served while staying docked!  
Never again will we plan a dinner cruise with this particular boat.

It was great... Air conditioning on the second floor could have a little more TLC...It was hot but all else was good.. great vibes..food was good..rum punch was excellent as always

The service was great and the cruise and buffet was good.  There seemed to be a issue with the A/C for the dinning area.

A few friends and myself wanted to close out our trip with a cruise so I saw The StarLite Majesty on tripshock. We originally thought we were going to just do the cruise part as the dinner was optional... However we would've missed out for sure. We all got the filet which comes with a salad and desert at a very reasonable price. Great experience at a phenomenal price. I would highly recommend this as a great addition to any trip. Friendly staff, great food, great environment.  A++

I enjoyed my daytime cruise on the Starlite Sapphire. It lasted 2 hours as opposed to 2.5. The ship has a  lovely dining area on the bottom and a nice area upstairs to catch some rays and see the beautiful ocean. (maybe even some dolphins!) Restrooms were spacious and clean for a ship. The drinks were good and there was a nice selection. I could do without the running commentary, but I may have signed up for that without knowing, and I know some who would enjoy it, so I think that’s personal preference. I enjoyed the music. The flatbread appetizer was good. I enjoyed the bread and oil dip. My chicken Caesar salad was a nice portion and tasty. My friends did not enjoy the beef burgundy. The staff were friendly and inviting.  Overall, an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Dolphin Adventure

We went 3 years ago in June, this year we were there in April. Last time we had 5 runs with a lot of dolphins following the boat. This year we only had 1 run with dolphins following, at least the grandkids saw a lot of dolphins right at the boat on the 1 run. Can’t blame the boat captain, it’s just they are not that active. It was a good trip anyways

I can’t reach it my family of six decided to book a sunset cruise for the first time in our 20 years of going to Redington Beach. We met our captain, Roger at the marina. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! It was great learning about the area And learning about the different wildlife. It was also great to see the magnificent homes and hear stories about how the area had developed through the years. We went on a perfect night where there were no clouds, and there was no wind. The sunset was incredible and we even saw the green flash :-) it’s a trip to remember for my parents and my family! We will definitely be booking another with Captain Roger in the future !

What a great cruise!  It was comfortable, and intimate (only 5 of us) and Captain Justice was terrific.  We saw dolphin, manatee, and a gorgeous sunset!!!

We had a great trip to Shell Key with Robin and Braelynn. They were very knowledgeable and made it fun. They gave my kids each a shark tooth which was really memorable for them.

Smooth ride in

The Hubbard team were very thoughtful and helpful. The trip on the boat was relaxing. Shell Island has a small sand beach surrounding it which is not crowded at all. The water is crystal clear and a nice warm/cool temperature. We found some nice shells but you will need to swim at least 6 feet out and snorkle dive to reach them. Truly enjoyed the entire trip. Highly recommend. :)

We enjoyed the trip very much. The crew were personable and the others on the trip were as well

Mid day sail

We spent 2½ very relaxing hours on the water with easy tropical music. The other passengers nearby were very pleasant amd fun to talk to. 

We only saw 3 or 4 dolphins,  but that was okay.  Midday is not the best time to see them. 

By no means would I have wanted the captain to talk constantly, but a little information now and then about different places on the shore would have been interesting. 

All on all, a nice ship,  a lovely day cruise.
