Departure Details: Activity departs from Chute 'Em Up Parasail located at Happy Harbor Marina, 27212 Marina Rd Orange Beach, AL 36561. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. It was a great experience.  It was fun and the guys made it very enjoyable.  I was a little annoyed with the fact that I was reminded several times that there was a mandatory 15% tip up front prior to the excursion.  I will always tip and generously, but it is not cool to require/mandate a tip prior to the experience:-(.

My grandson and granddaughter thought it was so awesome!!! They said they would do it again 100 times if they could! Thank you for giving them such an amazing experience!

I enjoyed the boat ride out and the view up in the air was very peaceful

The overall parasailing experience was great. However, I don’t recommend purchasing the pictures packet which felt like I was being scammed. Paying $40 for digital pictures  but when sent to me they were only proofs and I had to pay another $55 for the actual digital pictures which were not that great.  Once I received these I had a timeline to download so I could print them myself and had difficulty getting them downloaded because it wouldn’t let me download all at one time. Also, when purchasing tickets, there was a “mandatory “ gratuity fee upfront.  I base my gratuity off of and after receiving service. I really felt scammed by this but wanted the pictures to document my kids experience and had already sunk myself for the $40 fee which turned into $95 in the end to get these pictures. Literally felt like my wallet was raped by this experience.  I will not recommend the pictures to anyone.

Amazing time!

My teenager and I did the parasailing experience and it was amazing! Booked online, showed up to sign our waivers and hopped on the banana boat to get a bonus ride out to the boat where we were given great instruction and made to feel comfortable before going up in the air. Amazing views, tons of laughing while we soared overhead and had the best time.  Pay for the photo package too; it was worth every penny just to see our smiles and expressions as we took off and came down. 1000% would do again!

His is my second time touring with sunny lady and both times have been very fun! This time there were over 20 dolphins spotted!! Love when it turns to a bird cruise...adds the icing to the cake!!

During our trip, I suffered heat exhaustion due to not hydrating over the course of several extreme heat days.  After passing out, the bartender was extremely kind and helpful by bringing ice, water, and words of encouragement.  The captain also checked several times on me to make sure I was okay.  I know that doesn't tell you much about the experience, but yes, I definitely saw lots of dolphins! Just wanted to give the guys a shout-out for the help they gave during a scary and embarrassing situation.

We had SO much fun! We did the sunset dolphin tour, and it was the perfect timing for it to not be too hot. The crew was so nice and made time to talk to everyone and offer group pictures. We got to see several dolphins and they got so close to the boat. This has been our highlight of the vacation so far. I would definitely recommend!

We were vacationing the week of Tropical Storm Bertha. So we had two scheduling delays. I had booked a trip Tuesday, which was rescheduled for Wednesday, and then again on Thursday. We were able to go on Thursday. Re-booking was easy and we really appreciated the dolphin cruise crew. I am sure that was a busy week for them with all the scheduling issues, but they were gracious and I appreciate how they worked so hard so that it could be and easy experience for the customer. Had a really good time with my son and lady. Pilot was very friendly and professional. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the time difference. I did the approx. 12 mins and I understand it’s not guaranteed 12 mins but from the time of lift off to landing it was around 8 and a half mins. Other than that , Really fun experience!!

It was my first time going in a helicopter it was SO much fun.

We took the tour with Captain Smitty, what a great guy.  Captain Smitty made sure that he found us dolphins. Josh and Mia are also great.  Captain Smitty made the trip fun for everyone regardless of their age. He also gave us fun facts and great recommendations for where to have dinner.  We would highly recommend this charter with Captain Smitty.

We had so much fun. Our guides led us to dolphins and let us go at our own pace. They had a rough night (two skis flipped!) so we got 30ish less minutes than usual but was not on them at all. They didn’t want the skis out in the dark or they would’ve given us some more time. Friendly environment and was a warm welcome for our trip to Alabama
