Departure Details: Activity departs from Chute 'Em Up Parasail located at Happy Harbor Marina, 27212 Marina Rd Orange Beach, AL 36561. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. It was my 25th birthday, along with my friend and his wife’s wedding trip! They got married in gulf shores and I got the pleasure of witnessing it and spending my 25th down there as well. I wanted to parasail to celebrate and they tagged along. River and rider was probably two of the coolest people we met along our trip. Hearing how long they’ve been doing it and the way they’ve made it a lifestyle was amazing to us missouri boys! They done a great job at taking care of us and making sure we knew the whole run down before we ever even got out of the no wake zone. Killer music, killer vibes, and a killer birthday! Thanks, fellas! I hope to visit again one day!

My experience was amazing. The boat captains were on top of everything making it fun for everyone. I personally observed but even that was fun just seeing everyone have fun and the jokes made on the boat. We loved it.

It was a sister trip and my 68 birthday gift to me. It was a wonderful experience. Hunter and Joseph took great care of us. The Natalie was super to work with when we made changes for our trip. What a super team to work with. Highly recommended Chute up . We had a blast.

Staff was pleasant to speek with and the boat ride was cool. The veiw was amazing from the parachute. The pictures could have been better or at least a few close-ups of my wife and my self like the ones that were taken of my sons but it's all good im a master of editing lackluster photos. 10 out of 10 will do again but probably won't add on the picture package again

It was great! My daughter and I went. I'm afraid of heights, & my husband had a terrible experience back in the day, but I always wanted to parasail, so we did!  It was her 2nd time. We even saw a sea turtle.

Fun ride! The location is nice for us staying at Kiva, but you are not on the parasail for 30 min. Our group left the shore, banana boat ride out, parasailed, had the other group parasail, banana boat ride back, gather our stuff, and walk to our car all in 1 hour. This site also has you pay a convenience fee, which I understand, but then on top of that adds a mandatory 15% gratuity once you arrive (be sure to bring your Apple Pay or CC). It's not gratuity or TIP when it's mandatory.

Nice Location, not 30 minutes of Parasailing

Lots of fun, very enjoyable, but whoever was driving the banana boat barely let my husband, the last person on, get seated and grab hold before taking off. I think he was too aggressive and didn’t have a safety first mindset. 

No one discussed any safety/emergency measures with us beforehand.  Otherwise, Lauren in the hut did a great job and was super friendly. The parasail boat captain and his deck hand were great too.

We enjoyed it -our first time-and would do it again.

The experience was great, and the staff we met were.awesome. 

The additional "photo package" resulted in mostly poorly framed or too dark photos. Out of the 50-60 pictures I was sent, only a couple were ok after some color correction.

My family enjoyed the sunset dolphin cruise very much. Captain was funny. Crew was friendly and the music was good. Our last dolphin cruise was in South Padre a few years ago over Thanksgiving and was freezing cold. Enjoyed the warm weather and the beauty that Alabama always has to offer. Would recommend to anyone looking to cruise in the Southern Rose. We will likely see you all again someday.

Super fun experience

I brought my two boys on vacation and didn’t want to deal with a large crowd and letting them see dolphins. I looked up private tours but the price was crazy.. until I found Matt! We had the best time and were able to see multiple different dolphins and even a baby!

The staff were wonderful and many dolphins. Only issue was the radio for the boat was sketchy so we didn’t hear a lot of what they said while out in the water
