The boat captain and assistant were great. However, there were 6 separate parasails in one boat. I feel this large number cheated everyone of a 10 minute fly. Too  much to do in one hour!

I brought my 13 year old daughter and her friend, and we could not have had a better experience! The girl at check in was so friendly and helpful, and the two guys on the boat were both professional and personable. They had jokes and made conversation with each group on the trip.  The only thing that would have made it better is if the shirt they had on display wasn’t sold out… but I understand when something is popular, it flies quick. 10/10 would definitely go again and will recommend to anyone I know traveling to orange beach/ gulf shores

Extremely satisfied

Was not happy with the $40+ gratuity I had to pay at the counter before we could ride. Gratuity should be a reward for a job well done. Not a standard extra fee on top of the service already paid for. After paying $300 for a 10 minute ride there should be no extra charges like that. I won't do it again because of this.

I was able to go parasailing with my son and a daughter by my side for my 40th bday!! So blessed (and terrified lol) !   Nice people and a great time!  Banana boat ride was bonus extreme sport with the waves lol. Kids enjoyed that part for sure!

The experience was great, and the staff we met were.awesome. 

The additional "photo package" resulted in mostly poorly framed or too dark photos. Out of the 50-60 pictures I was sent, only a couple were ok after some color correction.

Our JetSki rental was amazing. The guy was very informative on the rules and regulations was an amazing experience to JetSki’s around well, Fais we were hoping to see some dolphins, but we didn’t still had a blast though.

My kids and grandson had a great time! Only complaint had nothing to do with your company…just very rude guests. My kids came back with a disturbing story of a large group of customers that wrecked a jet ski and then tried to leave without paying? Sounds like it got kind of scary and my family was worried about their safety. Your company remained professional and I appreciate that. It’s sad how awful and disrespectful some people can be.

We had so much fun. Our guides led us to dolphins and let us go at our own pace. They had a rough night (two skis flipped!) so we got 30ish less minutes than usual but was not on them at all. They didn’t want the skis out in the dark or they would’ve given us some more time. Friendly environment and was a warm welcome for our trip to Alabama

fish bait and his deck hands were top notch we caught fish until we was all tired. we also caught a 50lb king which was exciting as well. we will defiantly be booking again years to come!!!!

Sent my young teenager by himself as he LOVES deep sea fishing. The deck hands were very attentive to him and made sure he had a great time. He caught plenty of fish to feed our family that evening. The captain made everyone aware before they left that the boat would be going pretty far out to get to where the fish were biting and the boat would be coming back a bit late. He wanted to ensure a great, successful day fishing as much as possible.
