Restrictions
  • COVID-19 Restrictions: Your health is top priority, vendor has special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity. Vendor has: increased the frequency of cleaning surfaces with biodegradable products between each tour, guests will practice social distancing and maintain distance of 6 feet from those not in their party or household, and staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE when attending to guests at launch area. It is strongly recommended for all guests to wear a mask on the dock while loading into and out of kayaks. Masks are required to enter the restaurant/restrooms.
  • Children are permitted but required by law at age 6 or under to wear life jackets at all times on the water. The ability of your child to sit in a kayak for the duration of our tour is completely up to the parent. Vendor does require children that are 30 pounds or under to bring their own life jacket as the size is very specific and safety is of utmost importance.
  • Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian to sign the required waiver in person for the child. Vendor does not allow the adult to sign the waiver for the child prior to the tour; this means the parent/legal guardian MUST at least show up to the tour location prior to launching.
  • Service animals or pets are not permitted in the preserve or in the kayaks.
  • The weight limit is 250 pounds per person AND no more than 425 pounds combined per tandem kayak.
  • Tours are limited to a 10 guest maximum.
  • No alcohol is permitted on the tours.

  • Tours are closed annually on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Restrooms are available on-site prior to departure.
