The train ride was informative and gives you a good over view of Key West

This tour and our guide was awesome and I highly recommend it. However, we pre-booked our tickets and the lady at the desk was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. She took the gloss out of it and, quite frankly after a long journey to get there, annoyed us. Other than her, it was a great way to see the sights. Our guide saved the day.

A cool little tour!

I liked that we could catch the “train” near the port where we landed. There was very limited seating where we got on. Even though people are asked not to talk over the guides, non English speakers carried on loudly. There weren’t very many stops and I wasn’t impressed with the information I could decipher. I wish we took the trolly. It covered more area and had more spots. When we were wanting to hop on, we couldn’t find a spot near us to do so. Very expensive for how little we got

Great guides and wonderful fun for families!

The weather was very hot and humid so the walking necessary to fill in the gaps between stops was very hard for me. The driver was charming and funny but the vehicle is slow and open. There is a free air conditioned city bus that travels the Duval Loop and stops every couple of blocks. No one will give you a narration but free, air conditioned and frequent stops is a better option than the on off for me.. I think the on off is a good choice for people who have better heat tolerance and can walk more easily than I can. The narration is very good.
