Expert chefs will prepare a full meal consisting of Creole and Cajun classics like Crab Bisque and Creole Frittata, both seasoned with heart, soul, history, trivia, and tall tales. - COVID RESTRICTIONS: All guests attending a cooking class will have their temperature checked upon entering the retail store. (Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 or higher will not be able to attend class.) All guests are required to wear face masks to enter the retail store and classroom. (Masks can be removed once seated. If you step away from the table a mask is required). Employees will have their temperature checked before each shift and will be required to wear masks. Hand sanitizing stations have been placed around the store and classroom and are available to all guests and staff members. Employees are required to perform appropriate hand washing on a timely basis. Guests will be encouraged to maintain a 6 foot safe social distance between themselves and other parties at all times. Classroom seating has been reduced to allow more space between tables.
- Minimum of 2 guests for classes to occur. Max of 25 students.
- Rates do not apply to special event or holiday demonstrations.
- Gluten-free menus are available upon request. Please indicate at the time of booking how many gluten-free meals are needed for the party. Upon arrival an additional $5 per gluten-free meal will be collected.
- Can accommodate shellfish allergies, vegans, gluten free, and vegetarians. There is a $5.00 fee for the substitute meal that would be paid upon arrival.
- Demo class has family style seating around a table so you may be seated with others.
- Infants and toddlers that sit on parent's lap are complimentary. Children that require a full seat are charged full price.
- Ticket includes demonstration, meal, coffee, tea, lemonade, or Dixie Beer.
- A standard gratuity of 18-20% is recommended.
