Departure Details: Excursion departs from 314 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. The check-in booth is located on the marina dock. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled cruise time. Please confirm the cruise time at least 24 hours in advance. Departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, SunVenture, at 850-424-6465.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip the tour guide.

Captain Justin and  his helper Gianna were super nice, helpful, kind and funny. The trip was very cool from start to finish.

Captain Justin and the other younger guy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We love the music  and you don’t need to bring any floaties with you cause they have it on the boat! The best part was that I saw was when they were taking out the jellyfish within the area

We never made it to crab Island as advertised. We were told that first group were stung by jellyfish so they told us that we were going to be going on the other side of crab Island. Well, they took us past crab Island, and we docked on a shallow part of the water.  when we asked the captain of the crew why they never told us beforehand to give us the option of either getting our money back, a discount or not going, he said we promised you an excursion. Very miss leading and disappointing. We were promised an experience, and We did not get that. The manager left the kiosk before we got back to shore making this virtually impossible to talk to anyone.

Great trip to Crab Island

The team was great, but we wasted so much money just to sit on the boat because the jellyfish were awful.  Apparently, the morning boat knew about it and mentioned it in passing to some of the passengers, but they didn't give us a heads up or offer for us to reschedule knowing the jellyfish were horrible.  All the sites tell you to bring cash, but the float rental boat won't take cash so we couldn't even get a float to avoid the jellyfish and there was only one lilypad for like 40 ppl.  It was very dissapointing as I've been wanting to go to crab island for over 10 yrs and we sat on the boat for 4 hours.

We booked a 130pm - 4 hour crab Island excursion (assuming 130-530pm). The email we received from Trip Shock said to be there 45 mins before. My group of 9 showed up at 1245pm. Upon arrival they said loading time was 145pm and boat would leave at 2pm. We were then told there was a minor delay with a private party that was scheduled before us. We didn’t leave the dock till 240pm. Additionally we did not board a catamaran - it was a pontoon.

This was literally the best part of our 6 day trip in Fort Walton Beach/Destin. (4 adults) The excursion itself was great…dolphins, multi-million dollar mansions, gorgeous boats, and of course crab island, which was a blast! Captain Logan was seriously the best!
