Come taste the southern side of life in the state-of-the-art Rouses Culinary Innovation Center. Enjoy an educational and interactive Louisiana-style cooking class that will teach guests the basics of a Creole-style jambalaya, in addition to a creole okra starter and New Orleans' flaming bananas foster for dessert. Throughout the demonstration, guests will have fun learning about the history of Louisiana's traditional dishes. While the food is cooking, enjoy a private tour of the museum. After the tour, lunch is served. This is the cooking class guests have been searching for!
