Come taste the southern side of life in the state-of-the-art Rouses Culinary Innovation Center with the Southern Food & Beverage Museum. Enjoy an educational and interactive Louisiana-style cooking class that will teach you the basics of a Creole-style jambalaya, in addition to a creole okra starter and New Orleans' flaming bananas foster for dessert. Throughout the demonstration, you'll have fun learning about the history of Louisiana's traditional dishes. While your food is cooking, enjoy a private tour of the Southern Food & Beverage Museum. Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 48 hour cancellation period.
