Boats were kinda crappy, and in poor shape. The ignition switch would turn in circles and not catch to ignite the motor. This took time out of our rental to troubleshoot and figure out how to get the boat even started. I actually fixed it, leaving the boat in better condition than when we first departed. The throttle was so worn you could not see the gears. This also made it more difficult to start the boat, on top of the previous issue. I would try a different vendor next time.

It was great enjoyed myself.Was great for us to have our own little outing with just among family and friends.

Nice boat and great service

Our pontoon kept dying on us. We called Wet & Wild to inform them we were jist free floating & couldn’t get barge cranked!! They told us to squeeze the bulb on the filter line to correct the problem!! We had to do this all day during our rental time. because of it just randomly dying on us. We didn’t anchor at crab island because of this problem and not having any control over barge when it would die. Didn’t want to float into anyone so we drove to secluded location to anchor out so we wouldn’t have to worry about bumping someone else’s vessel!! When returning boat, we were asked about our day and I told them this and the girl was soooo rude. If they were going to replace out boat with a new one, then why didn’t they bring it out the first time i called?? They could’ve kept checking on us instead of me calling them all day. Their lack of professionalism showed when handling the problem. Boats were very run down with complete lack of maintenance compared to other rentals we’ve used in the past. Only used this location because of the proximity of crab island, since it was just my daughter & I and didn’t want to have to navigate through the harbor at other rentals. I will never use them again!!

Weather was perfect, equipment was clean everything worked great the workers were very friendly and professional , got to go our own way on crab island ,plus adventure time for the littles so much better to be one on one with family and beat the crowds. Will definitely do again!
