• The photographer will travel to the Destin, 30A, Okaloosa Island and Navarre. If customer is located elsewhere, they must drive to any three of these locations and use the recommended location chosen by the photographer. Travel to Navarre may be limited during the summer season and subject to approval by the photographer.
• Mini Sessions and other packages cannot be booked for weddings, vow renewals or large events of more than 10 people. You must choose Wedding Package or similar below for events larger than 10 and up to 30 people.
• In an effort to provide the most accurate information regarding all COVID-19 measures, policies, restrictions, and requirements, please reach out to the provider prior to your activity/trip date.
• Location and session time to be determined by the photographer.
• Advanced editing not included in the packages.

• The lighting is best either early morning or early evening. The exact time varies depending on the time of year. Charm will be able to give you an exact time when you book your beach portrait. Sunset shoots are beautiful after 7:00pm but hurry as these spots are hard to get. Sunrise Sessions will begin shortly after the 1st light of the day. Sunset sessions start approximately one hour prior to sunset. Sessions during the day are difficult and not recommended due to the heavy sunlight.
• Coordinating outfits is strongly recommended. Some of the more popular choices are: khaki/white, denim/white, white/white. When you book your beach portrait, you can discuss your wardrobe in detail, including what NOT to wear! Try to stay with 2-3 colors if at all possible, this includes neutrals, pastels, and solids.
• Additional Prints and other products can be purchased a la carte on-site or through photographer. High-Resolution Disc with print and share release is available for purchase (edits for printed images included). A la carte light and extensive edits are available and range in pricing from $6-$15 per image (prices may vary). This is payable directly to the photographer after the session is complete.
• If the weather is unfavorable for your photo session, another day will be scheduled or the customer may receive a full refund. Please be aware that shoots will not be cancelled due to the wind and if it looks like it will be windy please style hair appropriately or bring clips to keep your locks under control.
• Most beach portrait sessions will last in the neighborhood of about an hour. Perhaps a little longer or shorter depending on the total number of people in the shoot and the number of children in the shoot.
• Location for the session can be on the beach behind the customer's condo/beach house or a nearby public beach access.
• Post production time varies. Depending on the season photos can take can anywhere from 10 to 21 days to post.
• Use the restroom before your shoot as there may or may not be facilities at the shoot location.
