Departure Details: Rental is located at Gilligan's Watersports, 530 Harbor Boulevard E, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early with a valid ID and credit card for incidentals. For any issues, please contact your provider, Gilligan's Watersports, at 850-650-9000.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.

We are local and have rented from another company before and I was very impressed with the size and overall Condition of this boat. It was very nice and I loved being in the harbor. We didn’t have very far to travel to crab Island. The staff was super helpful and instructions were very clear - will definitely rent from them again. Great deal via trip shock!!

Rented a pontoon for 4 hours and everything was perfect from the ease of reserving it, arriving and checking in process was super easy, and letting everyone sign the waved ahead of time via our phones make it streamlined! Will definitely rent from them again in the future!

This is our first time using this service and I have to say, I was pretty impress. The whole staff members are friendly and the pontoon we rented was clean and in good working condition.

We had a great time last Sunday ! The staffs were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had little mishap ( the boat stopped and we can’t turn it back on) , we call them and they gave instructions on how to fixed it and when we couldn’t  they said help is on the way .   That’s how helpful and responsive they are .  We will definitely come back !

We have been coming to Destin for 11 years and this was the first year we decided to rent a pontoon and spend the day at Crap Island. The kids loved every minute of it. And to top it off as soon as we pulled back up to the dock a huge sea turtle came up right beside the boat.

We had the best day out on the boat. It was a quick sign in, the staff was great with giving us info and answering questions before we left the dock.  Then on our return after 8hrs on the bay, they were there to assist us. Would highly recommend this rental company.

Boat was great, staff at tge check in was great, but tgat part is a bottleneck. Needed more staff to pull it off efficiently. I was suppose to get an email to fill out waivers before I got there, but never did. That took an extra 15 minutes. Then there was a strange way to accept or decline insurance. Very confusing.

We arrived to FWB one day after Helene and we so grateful that the entire island was spared..and also so welcoming. We weren't able to swim bc the flags so I called crabisland.com. Chris Sehman came through in a clutch. He got us on a boat that was right across the street from our hotel, checked the tide forecast, and just guided us in all the right directions. 

The boat rental itself was a seamless process and everyone was super nice. Will definitely be back and book through trips tripshock.

This was literally the best part of our 6 day trip in Fort Walton Beach/Destin. (4 adults) The excursion itself was great…dolphins, multi-million dollar mansions, gorgeous boats, and of course crab island, which was a blast! Captain Logan was seriously the best! He was a great boating captain, but even better company. Very friendly and easy to talk to. 20/10 would absolutely do this again, and even request Logan as our captain.

Exactly what you expect on a great day out on the gulf

Only 2 of our 6 total guests made it for this adventure due to uncontrollable circumstances. Nonetheless, we had a great time! As it was my first time ever being on or near the gulf coast and seeing the white sands and clear blue water. My sister being the other guest that made it. It was nice to share the experience. 
Our captain was friendly and knowledgeable, despite the suprise of just 2 guests attending, he had some funny jokes and kept us entertained the whole time. 
Our only downside is that our guests didn't come along, otherwise I will totally recommend this charter/website to others heading to the area.
