Departure Details: Rentals depart from 4607 Legendary Marina Dr, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Any issues, please contact your provider, Mid-Bay Watersports, at 850-424-6444.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary and appreciated to tip 20%.

The boat was so easy to book! We did have a little trouble finding the building but all was good and check in was fast and easy. We had a great time on the boat and will rent again!

Everything was awesome except for the pontoon motor was  running rough and staples were sticking out on the front of the boat, which could cause an injury.

Overall our experience was great! The only thing was the steering slipped a bit on our boat, but luckily my husband knew what he was doing.  We had a great time, and would definitely use this company again!

The team at Mid-Bay Watersports was amazing! They were more than willing to accommodate my group, even though we were extremely late and there knowledge of the boat and the surrounding area was reassuring. I would definitely recommend this company.

Smooth and Steady

We ended up at the wrong address. I booked early which is when I printed out my confirmation. Apparently the owner switched ports but I wasn’t notified. If I was, it might have been sent to my junk mail. Either way, the staff werr super friendly and didn’t dock us any time for arriving late. We called and they understood. Once we arrived everything was flawless. Great staff! I would definitely book through them in the future.

Great folks and great experience. If you aren’t familiar with boating, the double decker is a bit harder to drive if it’s windy I will say. Experienced drivers won’t have an issue but will notice the difference.

Great double decker slide pontoon at Crab Island

We rented a 2 tier pontoon with double slides and a giant lily pad. The lily pad was a great hit with the little guys and the slide was fun for the big boys! One advice I have is that if you are going to use the slide, make sure you anchor the boat in an area with a deeper body of water. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

We had a blast making memories! The first day we arrived it started raining so they rebooked us without any issues! On the day we rescheduled the guy working was very helpful! The only negative is when booking with tripshock you can’t purchase the additional insurance like stated when making the reservation.

Me and some friends came down from Atlanta to Rent. This was our first time renting a boat. Bob was covering for his son, and was there to help me every step of the way. Anytime I had a problem or anything I would call Bob.  Booking was a Breeze. I didn’t have a boat license or I wasn’t
