We had a great experience! 2 back to back days with Gilligan's was perfect for our end of Summer vacation with the kids. 1st day we rented a pontoon boat. Process was simple and we were on the water in time. 2nd day wavereunners. Two sweaters were perfect, fast, and efficient, and so was their staff. A little rain was hindering to our alotted time, but Tripshock and Gilligan's were friendly and professional, and had part of our rental refunded. I would recommend both and will definitely be back to do this again! Thanks for helping to make memories not soon forgotten!

Scheduling our excursion was pretty easy. I ended up calling because that seemed easier because it was last minute. The tripschock rep was very helpful and patient with me. The customer service at Gilligan's was a little slow, but in the end it all worked out. They had alot of policies in place which made me feel more comfortable. We had a great time.
