Parking: Free Parking is available at the HarborWalk Marina, 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Limited space is available on high-volume days so it is recommended to take one vehicle for your party.
Departure Details: Rental is located at 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure time for instruction. Call to confirm your requested departure time at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any issues, please contact your provider, Destin Parasailing, at 866-359-3114.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. Enjoyable day

Overall it was a good time.  We took the time to fill the waivers out online thinking it would save time and when we got there we had to fill them out again.  They gave us a different pontoon then what we booked and come up find out there was another Wilson with a reservation so I believe we were given their pontoon and they got ours.  Also we didn't rent a Lilly pad but the boat they gave us had one on it and the kids got super excited.  They then told us they had us under the wrong reservation and we had to pay for the pad.  Well at that point we didn't have much choice so we paid extra for it.  Just wish they would've had our reservations right, one was Steven and the other was Travis.  They didn't check my voucher which probably would've stopped the confusion.  Oh well.... It is what it is and we had a good time but we probably won't do it again.

We rented a double decker. The pontoon’s slides didn’t work and the lily pad had a tear in it, but without question tripshock refunded us our cost on those items! We still had a good time at the island.

No better way to enjoy crab Island than with this double decker boat with slides.  It was our 1st visit and we had the time of our lives.  It took some time to realize that the slides

Great folks and great experience. If you aren’t familiar with boating, the double decker is a bit harder to drive if it’s windy I will say. Experienced drivers won’t have an issue but will notice the difference.

Gilligan's watersports will literally be the only place I ever rent from again. Staff was absolutely awesome. Boat was brand new and the price was unbeatable. 6 people for cruising tikis is $80 a person ($400 total, 3 hrs) .. Gilligan's was $471 for 4 hrs and ur own pontoon. No question best decision we made. Gilligan's, you guys are the best. THANK YOU GUYS for the best day ever

Check in process was very slow and the lady in the trailer was not as pleasant or as helpful as she could have been.   The guys by the dock were great and very pleasant and guy on a golf cart was do extremely nice and took our items and one of our friends who had trouble walking down to the dock on the golf cart. We did a four-hour charter to Crab Island with Captain Jay. He was very friendly and entertaining. We got lucky and were able to get up close to six dolphins and even watched a helicopter take off from a floating helipad. He also offered us great suggestions for food and drink afterward.
