Rented a wave runner for 3 hrs riding to crab island. The girl at Tripshock was very sweet and helpful making the reservation process was so easy and not a bad price either. Everyone involved was wonderful. I definitely recommend

This is legit. Only problem is you have 20-30 minutes of idle speed zone you waste. But it's cheaper than other places so worth it.

We are celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and we were looking to do something different. We had an absolutely fantastic time during the time we were out on your watercraft’s. The jet ski experience was okay for me. Let me explain my experience I am one who has rode jet skis many times in several different places (Florida). So, this was my first driving with my boyfriend on the back who is around 220lbs I am 150lbs. We got out in the water riding the jet ski I took a turn and it ejected us both off scary part was we had went out far and nobody was around to help us (thank God for life vest) I just think these guys need to be better on making sure the weight limit is not exceeded which is why I believe it ejected both of us because the weight was to heavy on the back side once I turned to much weight on one side. Also, we had one hr on skis but wasted 20mins because the jet skis take about 20mins for the speed to go up for 20mins we could only go 5mph that was a waste but overall bad experience

The ambiguity and confusion surrounding this excursion were unacceptable. We booked this activity as a family under the impression that everyone in our group would be able to operate the vehicle. It was not until after we booked, paid, and arrived on-site that we were informed our 17-year-old would not be allowed to drive. This was especially frustrating because he had already completed the required boating safety exam, paid the associated fee, and the information provided indicated that operators only needed to be 14 years of age or older. The lack of clear communication beforehand resulted in a major disappointment, as this was the activity our 17-year-old was most looking forward to during our vacation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this business. Clear and accurate information regarding age and operator requirements should be communicated before customers book and pay.
