We rented from Destin X. Check in was easy considering the amount of paperwork. Staff were friendly and helpful and the jest ski's are well maintained. We did the 9am rental and had a good time out on the water.

It was awesome! We came early as instructed and checked in. We realized we had booked the wrong day, but they had no problem changing it and even got us in early. There was a bunch of ocean to zoom around in. The staff helped give us clear instructions and were helpful. Would book with them next time we are in town.

My friends and I rented two Jet skis for an hour and had a fantastic time! Two of us had to take the test before being able to go out on the jet skis. We showed up 45 minutes before like they asked, we quickly read over the study guide that was given to us and took the test in 20 minutes or less total. Super easy, word for word of the study. So, because we finished so quick we were able to go out earlier than scheduled. They explained how the Jet ski works and showed you what to do in any situation; like flipping over or falling off. Before we even left the bay we saw a dolphin. And once we made it out past the no wake zone we had a great time. I saw a sea turtle, big guy too. A yacht drove past us and there was dolphins riding his waves. Even five minutes after his boat had passed, his waves were still lingering, so my friends and I had a blast riding those waves. The only thing I would “complain” about it how fast the time went by, so I would maybe recommend a longer time. We did the hour. When we came back we saw another dolphin. So you’re more than likely going to see marine life. And the bay is very crowded when you come back in/out, so just be careful. Everyone who worked there were super friendly and charismatic. Would highly recommend this company. Also the cheapest I found, and the deposit for damages were significantly cheaper than other Jet ski rentals. Thank you all for the great time!

The lady at the counter was great. The young gentleman that sent us off was awesome and friendly, so warm and welcoming! We were hoping he'd be there when we returned so we could tip him. We were greeted by an older man. He seemed kinda grouchy and annoyed... Not a good thing if you work for tips, which he didn't receive. Next time, we'll tip at the beginning to ensure it gets where it's deserved. We'll book again.

Guys were very helpful when getting going. My family never did jet skis before. Had a great time out on the water. Had to avoid the rain at one point but that wasn’t hard to do. Equipment was good employees were excellent. I would do it again.

This was one of my favorite things to do while being in Destin this weekend! The jet ski attendants were very helpful and gave us over an hour out on the water when it was supposed to be an hour so that was nice. The highlight of the trip was seeing dolphins come up right next to the boat. Would definitely recommend doing it and I would do it again.

The crew was great. Very nice and professional. We really enjoyed being on the water with the Jet Ski’s it was a beautiful experience.

We rented 2 jet skis. Parking was available at the dock. Check in was easy. We left the dock at our assigned time. The dock boy explaining how to use the jets skis could have been a little friendlier but he wasn't rude. The no wake zone is about 10/15 mins out and back so prepare for that. We rented for 1.5 hours and it was a good amount of time. I would rent from them again.

The experience of riding the jetskis was a lot of fun. The problem is that roughly 30 minutes of your ride is devoted to exiting and returning to the very extensive no-wake zone. We're boaters, so we understand the concept, but it seems unfair to penalize the riders for the unfortunate location of the company's dock. I would suggest adding an additional 15 minutes to the rental to account for the lost time. Other than that, staff was good and the jetskis were good!

Great experience.

The attendant and instructor were not friendly at all…. Maybe they were hot. The life jackets smelly. Bring a Lysol wipe to wipe off the jackets. We enjoyed the ski experience , but customer service was poor.

We had such a great time. Our kiddos (13 and 9) also enjoyed the ride. We saw lots of wildlife. The ride was smooth. A great way to see the sights of Destin Harbor. We’ll do it again!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. This is a fun activity to do with friends and family !
