Restrictions
- Customer must be at least 18 years old to parasail unsupervised. Waivers will need to be completed by all participants, minors will need their parent to sign for them to participate.
- ALL fliers must bring a valid ID.
- No single fliers. If guests choose a one flyer ticket, guests will be paired up with another person on the boat.
- Children 6-17 years old may parasail if accompanied by an adult.
- No one under the age of 3 can ride on the boat.
- Parasail boat is limited to 12 passengers.
- Family members or friends that elect not to parasail may ride on the boat for a fee, but this is based on available room. There is no guarantee that spectators can ride unless a guaranteed spectator ticket is purchased. Non-guaranteed spectators are based on availability.
Additional information
- Parking is available on-site for a fee (rideshare recommended).
- Photo package available for purchase.
- No service animals allowed.
- The approximate time in the air is 10-12 minutes.
- Customers may get wet so dress appropriately.
- Up to 3 people can fly at once. The total weight must not exceed 450 or be less than 90.
- Customers are launched in the air from the back of the boat using motorized equipment.
- Destin X is handicap accessible. Please note in the reservation if guests will be needing any additional assistance.
- Although not required, gratuity is customary for the crew.
Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers canceling after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If the vendor deems the weather unfavorable the experience may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period. Destin X does not fly single fliers. If guests choose just one ticket guests will be paired up with another person on the boat.
