Check in was a breeze. The staff were very helpful. Boat was great and was such a fun time! Will definitely use again in the future.

Renting a pontoon boat and visiting Crab Island is always a highlight of our beach trip. The staff at Xtreme H2O are so helpful and friendly . We’ll be back for more smooth sailing!

Pontoon was is good condition except for it did not have a radio which they do not promise, however, when on vacation many people will not have a portable radio available and for that reason I would think the radios on the pontoon would be great to have in working order. We rented a lily pad as well and when we arrived at Crab Island and rolled it out our 2 year old granddaughter discovered it had a big slit cut in it the hard way with one leg falling through it scaring her, but we called the office and they brought us out a pad that was in great shape and gave us a little extra time on our rental which unfortunately we did not use as the tide had changed and everyone was ready to call it a day. Overall a great rental and day on the water!

Booking was easy. The guys helping load & unload our boat. Mason was AWESOME!! The pontoon was in good condition and easy to operate! Booking jet ski as an add on was a hassle. They had limited reservation slots!! But all in all I would book with them again!

Loved booking through this app. It was easy, convenient, and accessible. My boat rental changed twice because of bad weather. I had ordered a boat with double slides but there weren’t any more available for the day I went out there. Trip Shock gave me a partial refund without me having to call them. Our family had a great time.

Well for starters they weren’t over price for Memorial Day. The boat was clean the crew was excellent. We enjoyed it.

Nice & beautiful experience! The pontoon itself was clean, nice, & had a BT radio which was a big plus for us! If you do plan to rent, make sure you arrive 30-45 minutes before your departure time. Unfortunately, we did not, and showed up about 10 minutes til, and ended up losing a whole hour due to all the paperwork & the temporary boating license test that needed to be complete.

The trip was great with the exception of our lily pad was torn in quite a few spots and the ladder to our boat would pinch your toes and would not come out all the way.

Excellent service. Everything was ready when we arrived. Very easy to drive.

Left two insulated cups on the boat and called right after left to have them hold them for us and never got a call back after she told us she would find them for us. Otherwise rental was ok.
