- Cameras/phones are not allowed into animal enclosures or on docks as participants’ hands must be free to interact with the animals. Family and friends are welcome to take photos from viewing areas.

- This encounter is for ages 8 and up.
Admission to Gulfarium is NOT included in this ticket and must be purchased separately.
- Encounters continue rain or shine, no refunds or exchanges due to inclement weather.
- Time spent with each animal species varies with each encounter depending on the individual animals’ behaviour and needs.
- Although each program is different in order to incorporate variety for the animals, the program may include feeding and giving various behaviour signals while interacting with the sea lions.
- This is not an "in water" activity although the customer may get wet or splashed by the sea lion.
- Participants stand for this program, but may occasionally kneel for photo opportunities.
- Photos are taken during the encounter and will be available for purchase. Photo packages are not included in the price of the encounter.
- The encounter includes the opportunity to discover how each animal feels.
General admissions is required to be purchased to enter Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and is not included in the encounter price. If you have not already purchased admission, you will be required to do so upon checking in for your animal encounter.
Children under 8 are not permitted to participate. Account for potential traffic during your travel to the Gulfarium, especially during spring and summer seasons. During summer, it is recommended to plan to arrive 60 minutes in advance to accommodate for any traffic delays. Encounters will not be delayed due to late arrival, and a refund cannot be provided in the event an encounter is missed.
