- This encounter is for ages 8 and up.
- Cameras/phones are not allowed into animal enclosures or on docks as participants’ hands must be free to interact with the animals. Family and friends are welcome to take photos from viewing areas.
- Please remove all loose jewelry before arrival.
- If you or a family member has any special needs or disabilities, please contact TripShock prior to making your reservation.
- General admission to the park is not included in encounter price and must be purchased separately.

- Encounters continue rain or shine, no refunds or exchanges due to inclement weather.
- Time spent with each animal species varies with each encounter depending on the individual animals’ behavior and needs.
- The encounter includes the opportunity to discover how each animal feels.
- Although each program is different in order to incorporate variety for the animals, the program may include feeding and giving various behavior signals while interacting with the seals.
- This is not an "in water" activity although the customer may get wet or splashed by the harbor seals.
- Photos are taken during the encounter and will be available for purchase. Photo packages are not included in the price of the encounter.
- Participants are required to be able to kneel for this program.
Admission to Gulfarium is NOT included in this ticket and must be purchased separately.

Out of the encounters I did, this one was by my far my favorite! Milo was just the cutest and seemed so happy to be with us. We learned a lot about him and how to care for our environment to make sure the wild animals are safe and can live long life like him. I would 10/10 recommend this encounter.

This was an unreal experience! Seals are such beautiful and smart animals, and I’m so glad I got to meet Milo and his son Ollie. The trainers showed off how intelligent these animals were by showing us basic tricks. Most of these tricks are learned as ways to make it easier for the trainers to care for them whether it’s brushing their teeth or having them get into specific positions to check their health. This was such a memorable experience, and I’m so grateful I was able do it.

The animal encounters I experienced at the Gulfarium were hands down one of the best things I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend these encounters to anyone willing to feed a 200 lb turtle, throw your arm around a seal, hold a baby alligator or rub down a dolphin that has her eyes closed in enjoyment. If you are looking to for a way to bring a little enchantment into your life ANY of the animal encounters at the Gulfarium is the way to do it.
