Splash into the experience of a lifetime on a Dolphin Encounter at Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Befriend a bottlenose dolphin alongside a Gulfarium Trainer as you learn all about this playful and sleek species. While in shallow water, participants will be able to play, touch, feed, and give behavior signals to one of the resident dolphins alongside a trainer. A truly unforgettable experience is waiting for you on a Dolphin Splash Encounter at the Gulfarium. General admission to the park is not included in encounter price and must be purchased separately. Encounter is for ages 8 and up.

Please Note: Masks will be required for all encounter participants due to the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. If a participant does not have a mask, masks will be available to purchase for that animal interaction program.

- Guests must be age 8 or older to participate.
- Cameras/phones are not allowed into animal enclosures or on docks as participants’ hands must be free to interact with the animals. Family and friends are welcome to take photos from viewing areas.
- Please remove all loose jewelry before arrival.

- Bathing suit attire must be worn or brought with the participant.
Admission to Gulfarium is NOT included in this ticket and must be purchased separately.
- Participants in the Dolphin Splash Encounter stand in shallow water in the dolphin habitat. The water is about 3 feet deep. There is not a swim element to this program.
- Encounters continue rain or shine, no refunds or exchanges due to inclement weather.
- Time spent with each animal species varies with each encounter depending on the individual animals’ behavior and needs.
- The encounter includes the opportunity to discover how each animal feels.
- The length of time spent with each animal varies with each program depending on the animals’ needs and behavior.
- Photos are taken during the encounter and will be available for purchase. Photo packages are not included in the price of the encounter.
- Although each program is different in order to incorporate variety for the animals, the program may include feeding and giving various behavior signals while interacting with the dolphins.
- Changing rooms and lockers are available on site for use by in-water encounter participants free of charge.
