Handicap Information
Carriages are a great way for handicapped or disabled people to experience the French Quarter. If they can walk up steps with assistance, they will be able to board our carriages with ease. We do provide stepping stools and assistance. For people with no mobility, no ability to stand, these people may not be able to access the seat of the carriage. Our private carriages are more open air, so there is more ability for these individuals to be placed into those carriages, or larger people. Wheelchairs, strollers, and walkers can be left behind at our Jackson Square boarding location, and our on-site supervising manager will look after them. We suggest that all important items be taken on the ride.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 72 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 72 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. The carriages are covered and therefore operate rain or shine, but if weather is severe and the vendor calls of the tour you may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 72 hour cancellation period. Tour directors of large groups must make sure the group is on time for scheduled pick-ups.

    Well Done!

My wife and I booked the tour the night before, arrived about 30 mins before. We were checked in immediately and got going just before the hour. Our driver was very knowledgable and pointed out many of the famous/infamous spots and houses. She took us out into the cemetary #1 and gave us a lot of history to the hows and whys of the area. Do this on your first day there not on your last like us. We saw many places we wish we knew about prior.

Carriage ride in French Quarter was fun and informative

Nicely done by our driver. He did a nice job of combining the history with his own personal stories.

    Carriage ride

The guide was excellent. It was too pricey for the kids 20$. It was too short a ride (30 minutes, with the frequent stops). Ride lasted about 20 minutes. Prices should be adjusted for kids 12 and younger. Especially if it's a bigger family.

Convenient way to see different parts of The French Quarter

This was a convenient way to see different parts of The French Quarter. General overview of information and history. At times hard to hear the guide because of the traffic and they are looking ahead to "drive" while there are 3 passenger rows behind them. Fun and different way to see the city.
