Handicap Information
Carriages are a great way for handicapped or disabled people to experience the French Quarter. If they can walk up steps with assistance, they will be able to board our carriages with ease. We do provide stepping stools and assistance. For people with no mobility, no ability to stand, these people may not be able to access the seat of the carriage. Our private carriages are more open air, so there is more ability for these individuals to be placed into those carriages, or larger people. Wheelchairs, strollers, and walkers can be left behind at our Jackson Square boarding location, and our on-site supervising manager will look after them. We suggest that all important items be taken on the ride.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 72 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 72 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. The carriages are covered and therefore operate rain or shine, but if weather is severe and the vendor calls of the tour you may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 72 hour cancellation period. Tour directors of large groups must make sure the group is on time for scheduled pick-ups.

    Great Time!!

We had a great ride through the French quarter and our guide Mark was knowledgeable and funny. Killer Mohawk! I would recommend going on the tour but when booking make sure to double check to that you have selected WITH the cemetery tour. I made the mistake of selecting the cheapest price and didn’t get the cemetery tour. Will have to go next time in town

    Awesome

First time to New Orleans with my girlfriends. Even though they have been before years ago they’ve never done a tour. Mark was our tour guide and he kept it exciting. He was born and raised here and heard/seen it all. From previous post I’ve seen, Mark never once hit his horse, they have a great connection/understanding and he kept us in the shade during the cemetery tour at all times. I highly recommend doing this tour and make sure you ask for Mark so you get the straight facts from someone born and raised here in New Orleans!

Hi Tiffany, I'm sorry to hear about your experience and would like to be find out further details. I see that you booked online and don't see notes about any contact with our office, so wanted to see if your trouble was with the tour itself of customer service you were provided by them. 90 minutes of animal cruelty

My wife signed us up for the tour as a way to see unique areas of the city. However, we were shocked to see the tour guide spend the entire time whipping the mule, and telling us how it was the mules first day. This had to be as confusing for the mule as it was for us, because she kept praising the mule while striking it. Perhaps we were put off my the animal cruelty, but we found the entire tour to be rather bland.
