How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from your mobile device for entry. Please have a valid photo ID available for verification. 
Parking: Parking is available across the street from the departure location at the Surf Style Marketplace. Do not Park at Sea N Suds. Parking there will result in a towed vehicle.
Departure Details: Activity departs from Blue Sky Parasailing located at 401 East Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Park then walk down to the beach. Look for a ticket booth on the beach at Seawinds Condominiums. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Departs on time. For any issues, please contact the provider, Southern Rose Dolphin Trips and Parasailing, at 251-981-7673.
Gratuities: There is a mandatory 15% gratuity fee that will be collected upon arrival.

Was not happy with the $40+ gratuity I had to pay at the counter before we could ride. Gratuity should be a reward for a job well done. Not a standard extra fee on top of the service already paid for. After paying $300 for a 10 minute ride there should be no extra charges like that. I won't do it again because of this.

Service and ride were great butt....

I was able to go parasailing with my son and a daughter by my side for my 40th bday!! So blessed (and terrified lol) !   Nice people and a great time!  Banana boat ride was bonus extreme sport with the waves lol. Kids enjoyed that part for sure!

Parasailing should be loaded from a dock.  Not kids dragging you out to the boat on jet skis.  Also, charging extra AFTER you pay for fuel and tip?  I’m pretty sure that’s a violation of consumer protection laws.  It is the “bait and switch”.

Wonderful Experience

The girl taking us out to the boat was a little careless. One of our passengers was still standing when she took off and went face down. 

The boat drivers who did the parasailing were totally awesome!! They were fun and made it less scary for us first timers! 

On the way back, the same girl took us to the shore! She paid no attention to our safety. 

Overall it was a fun experience.

The experience was great, and the staff we met were.awesome. 

The additional "photo package" resulted in mostly poorly framed or too dark photos. Out of the 50-60 pictures I was sent, only a couple were ok after some color correction.

We have been on many dolphin cruises but this one is over the top. In addition to seeing many dolphins, the pictures of the seagulls eating the Cheetos and the parrot on the kids arm’s something our nine grandchildren will remember for a long time.

Definitely an excellent experience! We have never done one before but it was fun for all ages! Captain Jeremy was great at scouting dolphins, keeping the people onboard entertained while we were finding dolphins and have some good history/info on the yachts docked at the marina! Highly recommend!!

We had such a great time on the dolphin cruise. The crew is outstanding. The good natured teasing was welcome and a stark difference from the stodgy cruise we took elsewhere last year. Made my husband and I conjure up images of moving south and doing something similar. The kids were glued to the snack bar, but what are you gonna do? Icing on the cake was seeing the caught shark on a nearby boat. Amity Island, anyone?

Our JetSki rental was amazing. The guy was very informative on the rules and regulations was an amazing experience to JetSki’s around well, Fais we were hoping to see some dolphins, but we didn’t still had a blast though.

My kids and grandson had a great time! Only complaint had nothing to do with your company…just very rude guests. My kids came back with a disturbing story of a large group of customers that wrecked a jet ski and then tried to leave without paying? Sounds like it got kind of scary and my family was worried about their safety. Your company remained professional and I appreciate that. It’s sad how awful and disrespectful some people can be.
