Restrictions
- Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, can operate a boat with a valid driver's license and without a Florida Boater's License. Those born after January 1, 1988, can operate the boat but are required to take a Florida Boater's Test. These tests are available upon arrival for $3. They take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Please arrive early if someone in your party is taking this test.
- You will have the option on-site to purchase Damage Protection for $75 which will cover accidental boat damages up to $2,000. If you choose not to purchase the Damage Protection, you will be liable for all damages to the boat up to $2,000 and the credit card on file will be charged if damages are incurred.
- You are not permitted to tube from or tie the boat to another boat. No towing of jet skis or any other towable.
- The boat has a maximum capacity of 12 people, regardless of age or size.
- All adults 18 years and older are required to fill out a waiver.
- Guests must be 21+ years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Boats are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico.
- Open flame grills are prohibited on the pontoon boat.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- The boat is not wheelchair or handicap accessible.
- All glass items are strictly prohibited.
- Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.
Additional information
- If weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at vendor discretion.
- Vendor uses Harris-Kayot Pontoon boats with powerful Yamaha motors and a Bluetooth sound system.
- Restrooms are available on-site prior to departure.
- You can rent a lilypad for an additional fee.
- Pets are permitted for an additional $50 fee.
- Parking is available on-site for free.
