We paid 1000 to go do fun things and we only got to do the snorkeling. Our main goal was to go to crab island and we couldn’t do that cause of the boat they picked for us. There were tons of boats at crab island, ours just couldn’t get there cause of the current. If we new that before entering the boat we would of gotten a refund.

We are very sorry for the confusion. Our boat can do crab island but it can't get up in the middle as the smaller boats can. We have to park on the outside of the island. But we do have all kinds of other stuff you could have done on the boat. Lots of water toys float etc. I hope you would have spoked to the captain and they could have made the trip a lot better for you.
