Departure Details: Please check-in at the Vagabond Cruise reservation office located at 149 Lighthouse Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 in Harbour Town just below the Lighthouse prior to heading to the boat to board. Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to departure. For any issues, please contact your provider, Vagabond Cruise, at 843-363-9026. 
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your guide 20%.

I so enjoyed the sightseeing cruise. The staff and Captain were wonderful. Many places to sit, including an air conditioned area. We chose this cruise because they also have a bathroom. Snacks overpriced,  though. They take your picture before boarding that you can purchase. Thank you!

I have only one complaint you guys should let people know that even if they arrive 1/2 hour ahead of time that may not be enough time due to parking. Unfortunate they will leave if the captain isn't forgiving if you're not at the dock.Our captain did wait on us and I am glad he did

Great dolphin 

The captain did a pretty good job of trying to find pods of dolphins but not so good of a job telling us about what we were seeing. There was a period of almost 30 minutes where he said nothing.It would seem to me that he missed a great opportunity to promote HHI, the beaches, Dufeskie Island, and the sourounding area. Next time we will look into doing a cruise with another company.

Dolphin Cruise

The Captain of the Vagabond had a soothing voice that made you want to listen, and he sounded like he was Dana Carvey imitating George W Bush...Yes that is a complement. His knowledge of dolphins and ecosystem both land and sea was great information.
Ish and Taylor were very accommodating by taking our empty bottles away before the wind blew them overboard and Ish told us of his work history on the ship. Yes, we will do this again.

The sunset dolphin cruise was my favorite part of our whole vacation. It felt magical. It was a wonderful experience.

A wonderful experience

It was a family trip with 2 teens. Checked the weather ahead and booked. Online booking, confirmation and instructions were flawless. Luckily found parking near by. Checkin and boarding was on time. Captain gave good information about the island, Dolphins and surrounding areas. All in all had a great time. Definitely recommend

The crew were all very nice & knowledgable, this was a very family friendly experience! My young son & toddler both really enjoyed the boat ride & getting to see dolphins! Unfortunately the weather ended up not being great, a little rain never stops us from having fun but the lightning & thunder as we heading back was a bit scary! Overall we had a lot of fun & would recommend this to others!

Our experience was fantastic! The captain and co captain was amazing! The names of the girls that did our tours was sierra and kate! They were great! Highly recommend this tour! We saw so many dolphins!!

It was incredible between the wealth on knowledge of our on boat host & an incredible boat captain

We had a great time on the sunset cruise.  Very interesting and informative.  The tour guides were personable and knowledgeable providing great insight.  The dolphins were amazing too!

Great Sunset cruise

We had a great time on our sunset dolphin-watching cruise, and the dolphins certainly did not disappoint.  Our guide was very personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable.  Only negative was that the check-in was a bit confusing, as the signage wasn't quite clear and we were waiting dockside to check-in, but the check-in was actually in a building before the parking lot.

The Island was really cool and we had a great day the only thing that was a bummer about the day was how slow the golf carts went and it took a really long time to get anyone on the island because of how slow they are other than that good time

It was great! Wish I had a little more time to explore historic sites on the island.

The map provided while on the island was difficult to follow. Seems it needs to be updated and made more reader-friendly. It was frustrating trying to follow the map.  This made it harder to get to desired sites and get back to the dock for a meal and re-boarding on the ferry on time..
