Not quite as advertised

At check-in we were told that tripshock advertises to many activities, the tour would not be as eventful. Sadly that was no lie but the guide was very good and the tour overall was very nice.

Island Hopper Excursion by Sunset Watersports booked by Expedia
about 7 months ago
My husband and I went to Key West Florida with 4 teenagers whom were looking forward to this excursion. We got there an hour early because the website (after I paid) said that anyone born after 1988 must take the Florida boater exam for a $3 fee. So we get there early to make sure there weren't any issues with completing the exams and the rude young adults running the place say that they have to be 18 and "we cant give you a refund". The website did not state that they had to be 18. I asked if there was another excursion we could swap to he said, "no we are all booked up". He did not volunteer any other days for another excursion and was rude. So I am out $545.00 on the first full day of my trip to the Florida Keys. I will not ever use Sunset or Expedia.

There is no reef and no fish. Current so strong you cant swim even with fins on. Kyle was OK but just acted like he was putting in his time. Boats could use some repair.
