Parking: Free parking is available on-site. It costs $10.00 for the months of May-August. 
Departure Details: Your rental departs from 1201 B Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in if you have taken the boater's test. The rental departs on time. For any issues, please contact the provider, Powerup Watersports, at 850-461-1034.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is always appreciated and encouraged to tip.

Ride was good … just not enough time … I would book again.

This is legit. Only problem is you have 20-30 minutes of idle speed zone you waste. But it's cheaper than other places so worth it.

Had great time!

The staff is very friendly. Mark gave me the Jet-ski tutorial in record time and I was off, even for a beginner. The lady at the counter was willing to hold my bag and gave very clear instructions. After the Jet-ski I overheard her talking pricing for a pontoon. All prices seem very affordable.

Dolphin tour

We had a great time and saw lots of marine life in addition to the dolphins! Our guide took us to a few places to make sure we got the best views. The water was a little choppy with so many large vessels weaving in and around though. We did see a bull shark which was a little nerve wrecking so if you aren’t prepared to potentially fall in the water knowing the marine life present, maybe this isn’t for you. Would recommend, all guides seemed very knowledgeable

All staff was awesome.  Did the 9am adventure, and it did not disappoint.  We saw some dolphins.  Loves those little swimmers.

We felt the one hour rental was good for beginners .. and an easy quick time on the water .. definitely rental longer if you want to enjoy being in the water all day ! Beautiful view water was green blue ! The sky was perfect !

We had such a great time renting the waverunners.  The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and knew what we were doing before letting us out on the water. Dolphins swam and jumped next to us and the kids loved the experience. 
I would recommend adding 30 min into the rental time because it takes about 15 min each way to get in and out of the harbor so you pay for only 1/2 the play time.

Scheduling our excursion was pretty easy. I ended up calling because that seemed easier because it was last minute. The tripschock rep was very helpful and patient with me. Paul was our amazing guide yesterday and created such a memorable experience for everyone.  We were closer to the dolphins that I ever imagined being. Had an amazing time...our bag came up missing while out on the jet skis.  The manager was very prompt in checking security cameras to find out the people who went out right behind us and took by accident. One of the workers took off across the ocean to retrieve and we got it back ...say all that for this...not only was it a great time easy no hassle rentals but these guys go out there way to make sure you have a great time and very reasonable in prices.
