Parking: Parking is available on-site. 
Departure Details: Rentals depart from 5749 Bay La Launch Ave, Orange Beach, AL 36561. The check-in booth is located in front of the Cold Mill Dolphin Cruise booth on the east end of the Marina. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure. Departs on time. Any issues, please contact provider, Alabama Extreme Watersports, at 251-345-1301.
Gratuity: There is a mandatory 15% gratuity that will be collected upon arrival.

I took my 4 and 7 year old out on the jet ski for the first time. Everything was fantastic from the moment we got there. Directions were clear and we also saw some dolphins while we were out on the water. It was a highlight of our trip and my kids can't wait to do it again.

Our JetSki rental was amazing. The guy was very informative on the rules and regulations was an amazing experience to JetSki’s around well, Fais we were hoping to see some dolphins, but we didn’t still had a blast though.

My kids and grandson had a great time! Only complaint had nothing to do with your company…just very rude guests. My kids came back with a disturbing story of a large group of customers that wrecked a jet ski and then tried to leave without paying? Sounds like it got kind of scary and my family was worried about their safety. Your company remained professional and I appreciate that. It’s sad how awful and disrespectful some people can be.

We really enjoyed renting the jet skis and had fun checking out various places in the bay.  Jet skis were nice and the actual experience was fun.  However, the gentleman that went over the contract, rules, directions and such wasn’t very friendly.  He was actually fairly rude and seemed like he hated his job.  My kids were scared of him, as he barked orders to us like he was scolding us.  We have rented boats and jet skis all over (nationally and internationally) and have never been talked to like I was a child as the gentleman at the counter did to me.  I also run a small business and a simple smile and bit of kindness can make a world of difference.  I understand we all have bad days and you never know what someone else may be going through…….but a smile or a bit of happiness go a long way for both workers and business owners.  

Would return if the gentleman at the stand was a bit more approachable or at least cracked a smile here or there.

Wanted to do something different with my wife this year. This was perfect. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The jet ski was in good shape except the dry box lid wouldn’t stay latched down. Other than that, it was great. Will definitely do again!!

We had so much fun. Our guides led us to dolphins and let us go at our own pace. They had a rough night (two skis flipped!) so we got 30ish less minutes than usual but was not on them at all. They didn’t want the skis out in the dark or they would’ve given us some more time. Friendly environment and was a warm welcome for our trip to Alabama

Our guide Gabe was awesome.  He listened to what we expected out of our trip and he delivered.  We were able to see many dolphins up close, and we also got to zip around on the waverunners too.  Gabe was very personable and provided us a great experience.  We will definitely return!

We had such a blast with the amazing crew and saw tons of dolphins!

We did the sunset cruise at 6:30. The boat was at capacity with all tickets sold, but is big with plenty of room to walk around during the ride. We never felt crowded at all. The views were amazing, the captain was interactive and fun, and we saw lots of dolphins! Oh and Lucy the parrot was a fun surprise! If you’re looking for a dolphin cruise for the family- I definitely recommend this one!

So much fun! We loved the banana boat ride out to the boat!

My daughter talked us into this and it was amazing!!!  Loved it!!  Too bad the pictures I paid for didn’t turn out very good.  Most were too dark to see our faces

My two granddaughters and I went parasailing together. It was their first time. One was scared but I assured her it would be fun! They absolutely loved it. They also loved the banana boat ride. Can’t wait to come back again! The crew was so helpful getting my handicapped husband on the boat as a spectator. Great memories for all of us!
