How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from a mobile device for entry. Please have a valid ID to confirm the order if needed. It’s highly encouraged that guests confirm the reservation, pickup time and location at least 24 hours in advance. 
Departure Details: Experience departs from a downtown New Orleans hotel. Hotel pick up typically begins at 8:00AM with additional pick ups at 10:20AM, 12:30PM or 3:00PM (seasonal) daily, depending on which tour time you selected from New Orleans hotels. It will take about 30 minutes from the start of pickup to end of pickup so please be ready at the start of your pickup window. Drivers go hotel to hotel for pickup using Alert Transportation for ground transportation service. As soon as all passengers board the minibus after the tour, the driver will return you back to your hotel. Any issues, please contact your provider, Louisiana Tour Company, at 504-689-3599.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip the tour guide/driver.

Saw 3 gators (a little one was as we were pulling out from the loading zone!) Our guide, Kenny was very entertaining (I was his mark to be roasted.......which I loved!) He also gave us the best tour he could while looking out for our safety. A storm cloud was brewing and we had to cut the trip short by 30 minutes so as not to get struck by lightning.

So much fun.

This was an exilerating experience to say the least. I am a fan of speed and horsepower, so this was right up my alley. Capt Mike operated the airboat with such a smooth flow, that there was no doubt that he was extremely skilled and experienced. He was informative and courteous. He provided a first time experience that will keep us coming back again. Highly recommend.

Well just to begin, reconsider going in August.  It has nothing to do with Rajun Cajun, they were beyond GREAT, more about that in a minute.  But August is 95-100 degree with 90% humidity.  Ungodly HOT!!!
Now for the good stuff.  We took the shuttle option which picked us up at the front door of the hotel.  About a 30-45 drive to the Rajun Cajun facility.  They checked us in right away and about 10-15 minutes until our boat was ready.  Our guide, sorry cant remember his name, was a young blond man who was very knowledgeable and a keen sense of humor.  It was a 9 passenger air boat, which is there smallest boat.  3 rows of 3 person padded benches.  Be warned, no seatbelts or rails, so hang-on.
Saw some small Gators as soon as we got out onto the main swampway.  The guide talked about how they eat and sleep as well as the history of some of the plantlife around us.  All pretty informative stuff.
Once we got out of the main swampway and into some back water, he revved up the fan and we started really moving.  Stopped a few times to get closer looks at a few Gators and he gave us some more information.
Now for the warning.  STAY HYDRATED!!!!  Bring some water with you and maybe a small ice chest with ice and more water.  My wife got overheated and really ill.  Fortunately it was at the very end of the tour.  I asked the guide to take us back and he again revved up the boat and brought us back right away.  Thanks to his concern, things could have gotten much worse.  He helped us bring her to the air conditioned office and got us more ice and water.  Cannot thank them enough for all of there honest help and concern.  Glad to say that after about 1-2 hours later, my wife was ready to get back in vacation mode.
Highly recommend Rajun Cajun.  Worth the $120 each (included transportation).  It was everything we expected.  IT did NOT dissappoint.

So enjoyable time with you guys. My tour was delay 2 hours but you guys gave me an extra tour to the bayou and it always amazing.

we booked the city tour followed by the small air boat swamp tour. The tour guide (Dave) and swamp boat captain (Douey)were excellent and made the experience. They were entertaining and knowledgeable great hosts.
