  • Tour does not pick up by the airport, in New Orleans East, in Slidell, or on the North Shore.
  • Tour/transportation is not handicap accessible and does not have a lift, ramp, or space for open wheelchairs, scooters or strollers.
  • Due to the historic nature of the plantations, access to the second floor is by stairs only.
  • Closed annually on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Mardi Gras Day.
  • No photography is permitted inside the St. Joseph Plantation home.
  • There is a a minimum of 5 people required for this tour to depart.
  • Backpacks are not permitted inside the Laura Plantation.
  • Tour has a total maximum capacity of 28 people.
Additional information
  • Tour will pick up at any New Orleans hotel, Bed & Breakfast, select Airbnb's, downtown, uptown, in or close to the French Quarter, and on the Westbank. Vendor can pre-arrange a pick up at the La Quinta Hotel at 5900 Veterans Blvd. in Metairie, LA if needed.
  • Tour runs rain or shine, however if weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded, at vendor discretion.
  • You will be provided your exact pickup time the day before your tour. Most pickup times are 15-30 minutes prior to the tour start time.
  • Contact vendor in advance if you have any special needs, car sickness, diet or disability, so you can be accommodated.
  • You can bring your own car seats/boosters for young children, just let vendor know, or one can be provided if needed.
  • About 1.5 - 2 hours are spent at each Plantation. Lunch is not included in ticket price.
  • You will be picked up and dropped off at the same location.
  • Restrooms are available at the plantations.
  • Certified service animals are permitted.
